Welcome to Thread 10 of Traitors 2026.

This thread runs at TV pace so do not read any further if you are not up to date with the live broadcast. Whilst most discussion will be on the current series, inevitably people will refer to previous series/players/winners so reader beware if you’ve not seen the 3 previous editions, or the celebrity version.

While we welcome posters discussing their theories and speculating on relationships/connections between players, please don’t post spoilers from elsewhere that may ruin things for those of us who like to see things unfold over the course of the series.

I can't get my head around people wanting traitors to win. In any season, ever. In my head it is a game of getting traitors out. I could never prefer the liars over the faithful. I get that Rachel and Stephen have done well, but I still want the faithful to weed them out.

ThatCyanCat · 22/01/2026 07:26

The edit controls how it looks to us, so the reality might be different, but by this point, Rachel seems to be the only one with a leading personality, and Traitors don't generally let people like that last very long.

I'm usually Team Faithful simply because the Traitors have so much advantageand upper hand that I don't think they ever deserve to win! They have no excuse not to. And while I know it's the game, I also find it hard to like someone who's being dishonest and manipulative. However, like the players, once they're out of the game, I stop seeing them in game mode and usually like everybody. Game mode is performance mode. Unreality. That's why I like Uncloaked. It decompresses it and resets people back into real life.

But occasionally in various series, Faithfuls have been so irritating and unlikeable that I stop caring.

Ah but what footwear? 😜

Claude’s Botega boots!

If I was Rachel and I wanted to accuse a traitor of pinning Faraaz’s murder on me, I’d accuse Roxy. She accused Rachel in front of faraaz then dropped it quickly. Rachel could say that Roxy must have carried on talking about it to faraaz and was deliberately trying to get him to accuse Rachel in public so that when he was murdered it would implicate Rachel.

I’ve been underwhelmed by Claudia’s wardrobe this series, some great pieces but not as amazing as previous seasons.

I love that Faraz just woke up, I’m rooting for him and Jack now even though I was barely aware of Jack before. It’s strange how Jack has never been accused at the round table.

I love Stephen and I’d be up for a traitor win if he can dump Rachel, as I think she’s planning that for him. I just don’t trust her.

We were laughing at the repeated use of the mangled phrase by James and someone else at the round table (maybe Jack)

”I’m sticking with my guns and voting for yourself”

😆

FFS I do wish that everyone would just STOP using “yourself” and “myself” incorrectly!!! 🙈🙄

Thoroughly enjoying it all! When is Uncloaked filmed? DP and I are trying to figure it out, sorry if this has already been covered and I’ve missed it.

Do they watch it an hour ahead of everyone else and film it on the day to avoid leaks? Obviously the production crew know to book the right guests! But they can’t let them all watch it months in advance…

I’m very much enjoying the clothing choices on this series. Claudia’s swing camel coat for the fairground mission was divine, and as for Stephen’s ‘anyone for tennis’ outfit today - brilliant. Fascinated by some of them being dressed for an arctic winter and others swanning about in tiny summer outfits.

Faraaz to be murdered tonight, but most importantly, what jumpsuit is Stephen going to wear to throw Rachel under the bus?

When are the chit chat bits in the “diary room” filmed?

This is Rachel’s face when Faraz is telling her he thinks it might be her. And then she just goes…..’ok’ 😂

Edited

I love her faces 🤣

I've done a full turnaround.
Rachel deserves to win. So this Stephen.
They have played an incredible game.
I have said all along that either of them would throw each other under the bus at the end, but I believe now that Rachel won't do that but Stephen will.......
Its fascinating to watch how he is already justifying it. He's so strategic and Rachel is excellent at managing situations. An excellent team but Stephen doesn't want to win as a team.....

The weakest and worst faithfuls usually end up winning but it wouild be a complete injustice if Roxy, Jade, Jack or James won.

She’s Head of HR - calm under pressure and good at getting people to do what she wants.

Same. Quite surprised at the amount of people on these threads who want the Traitors to win - seem in the majority.

The Traitors have every advantage going and the Faithful nothing to work off, so a Faithful win means they have manged to work against all odds. I especially love seeing it happen right at the last minute. (Don't prefer where it's because of the way the Faithful thought ot through than accidental, but still like that.)

Yesterday was brilliant!! Loving the apparently sudden look at Rachel. Though I know Faraaz has been shown to consider Rachel as a possibility just once before. I did wonder how much musing it could be her was edited out. Has Faraaz been considering it since Fiona's blow up?

When are the chit chat bits in the “diary room” filmed?

The bits where they chat one to one and are told who the Traitors are is the morning after they are eliminated from the castle (whether by banishment or murder).

They bits on the couch with several guests are done earlier in the day the episode is aired.

I think!

It’s a game and I think the majority of us want the people who played the better game to win. The people who added the most to the game. As usual the remaining faithfuls are the exceptionally weak ones. If, for example, Harriet was still in the game, I’d be rooting for her. But with the exception of Faraz (and even Faraz has left it very late) none of the remaining faithfuls have added anything to the game. Roxy has at times actually sabotaged the faithfuls game, so it would be very unfair for her and the remaining faithfuls to walk away with the prize fund.

DryIce · 22/01/2026 08:03

Faraaz has to do what he did - he knew he was the obvious choice for murder (Jack shield, Roxy so passionately yet consistently wrong - although slight hope it's a game plan - Jade and James taking all the heat at the round table).

By accusing Rachel at the end of the night he leaves her no chance for a coms mission, and leaves everyone remembering her name on his lips and plea not to be murdered!

She may still decide murdering him is the only option and to brazen it out - but she's gone from a strong position to a very tricky one in an instant.

Htcunya · 22/01/2026 08:10

Although the traitors have such an advantage it must be exhausting to be on your guard all the time. They're the ones pretending to be something they're not. They have to steer conversations without being obvious and can come under fire at the round table too.
On the whole, Rachel and Stephen have coped with this well throughout so would be worthy winners for me.

I agree with this - he was going to be the murdered one. He’s given himself a slight chance of surviving with this, but I don’t think he’s improved his odds much!

CharlotteRumpling · 22/01/2026 08:19

They should have murdered Faraaz ages ago and kept Adam in.

Yes especially given how quick the faithfuls are to dismiss the "too obvious"!

Skybunnee · 22/01/2026 08:23

It might be interesting to study why a faithful becomes absolutely confident another faithful is a traitor - James on Matt, Amanda on Jade, Roxi on anyone who isn’t Rachel .

My theory is that the faithful being accused have deliberately or inadvertently snubbed or been unfriendly to the accuser. And the accuser cannot put away the fact that they had hurt feelings, and rather than be rational and unbiased - and used common sense- instead fallen totally for the ‘Rachel and Stephen’ are always nice to me it can’t be them.
Matt admitted he hadn’t pandered to James and Jade has always been unemotional -god knows why Amanda etc haD it in for her.

This series has been frustrating thanks to this imv -didn’t enjoy it as much as I don’t like the targeting of faithfuls over and over on no evidence.
Though I suppose the clever faithfuls are got rid of and we are left with the duds.

She said OK to buy herself thinking time. She'd never been confronted before and Faraz did it so calmly and convincingly that she needed a minute to control her response. It's the first time she's glitched!

Loved her coat. Chloe.

And that’s the real issue with the game during the last few episodes for me. All the faithfuls I actually want to win tend to have been banished or murdered by now. I wonder if this is what the restricted murder lists in the early stages was trying to avoid, but it hasn’t been entirely successful.

I think they have to murder Faraaz. If they don't then Rachel looks just as suss, as it looks like she doesn't want to look like she has got rid of him.

Hoping everyone doesn't have the usual memory wipe tonight!

I think she may get away with though as this group of faithfuls seem to fall for the double bluff theory all the time. Faraaz would have done better to wait until the next day, or maybe they would have murdered him?
