Im shocked at how few comments here. Not many people watching, I guess. Yes, poor Helena. After her original series I thought she'd benefit from counselling or some sort of support for her self esteem. Now that I've seen her crying on day 2, its become apparent that she just hasn't done the work....

I know @CondeNastTraveller. I heard her saying how she likes a bad boy and I just thought there’s absolutely no reflection gone on since the summer. You’d think given how she was treated by Harry that she’d be off bad boys for life. But sadly there’s zero insight and I think she’s doomed to repeat the same mistakes over and over.

I didnt expect Helena to change in a few months or so.
Maybe a few years..
Thats also why I think its lazy casting to choose people from last Summer or even the one before.
No one should go on straight after their initial stint.
The kissing games dont work anymore as its too fake and staged.
Why not just give them a little bit more alcohol and just let them kiss whoever and whenever..
Least it would be more interesting.

They don't need que cards for every evening! They should be able to mess about without being told what the dares/ questions are..

Its all a bit lame this year and some of them have been on too recently. It also bugs the life out of me when the girls always say 'I don't want a boy I want a man' and then actively go after the boys and ignore the likes of Konnor who is a proper man. 😂Its the same every year. Give them a man and they ignore them and go after the floppy haired fuck boys. Every bloody year!!! 🙄😂

I wonder whether the only way to revive this show might be to apply a radical change.

Stop all the enforced couplings. No one is paired with anyone. There's no picking from line-ups. People gravitate to people naturally. Or not.

One might argue that in such a free-flowing atmosphere there would be fewer opportunities for conflict [= viewing figures]. But actually I think it would engender different types of interest/conflict - potential for jealousy, regretting choices and sneakily chatting elsewhere plus the chance of a real connection.

Also stop stupid teen kissing games, dressing up in porn outfits and truth or dare etc.

I’m not keen on Sean but I did feel a bit sorry for him last night. Told off for not giving Belle the heads up. Then told off again for doing exactly what she asked him to do. He can’t win.

Belle is sore that she is no-one’s number one. She’s desperate to not be made to look a fool. She is absolutely right to have high standards but I’m not sure if this show is right for her.

Helena will spend the next few weeks just mooching around the villa, swinging her water bottle. Chatting to any fella who wants to stay in the villa.

AJ has gone in all guns blazing for Shaq but it won’t last. He’s a bit bamboozled by her but that will wear off.

When they know the score already, it all feels a bit more revolting. You can see a lot of them looking away for the snogging games as well.

I’ve just watched it on catch up and was thinking exact same.. She talks in bloody riddles, no wonder he doesn’t know what to do for the best.. one minute she says, get to know other girls, just don’t make me look like a fool.. so he is open with her about Sami so she doesn’t look like a fool and she blows up! She’s acting v v hard on the outside like she’s got her shit together and the boys need to put in some hard graft to be lucky enough to date her.. but really it’s all just defensive blurb.

Absolutely squirming while watching this year. It’s all so desperate and contrived. Mills is lovely and it’s painful to watch her fall for that wally Charlie. They need to stick with just the summer show.

I used to love this program, but it's had it's day (imo). The All Stars is worse , this season is so boring. Most of them are too old for kissing games, it's so cringey.

Charlie is a twat. Maybe Millie is going for him because the rest of them are younger ,she can do so much better!

I don't usually reply on reality tv threads, tho i do read them, but usually they move so fast ( well ' married at first sight ' 2024 did ! ) and I can't keep up.

However this series, well it's so boring and slow no wonder there are only a few people on this thread.

I also think it's had it's day as it's the same old thing over and over. Insta wannabe influencers pulling each other for chats, going to bed at the same time, get up, sit in groups for chats, giggling over lipsing. I used to giggle at age 14 over kissing a boy!!

If they want older contestants, they need to get rid of the 3 way kissing games etc. Let them be adults, let them drink, let them go to bed when they want, let them cause a bit of chaos.

Every time one of them saying lipsing I sit there gurning like Les Dawson. Say KISS dammit!!
