I would assume ST provides the shortlist for recruiting just like the murder list.

Amanda, Harriet, Jade and Roxy all looked genuinely shocked to me. Fiona didn’t. She’s still my choice of ST.

I work with barristers all the time. Some are shrewd, clever, calm, focused on facts rather than argument and performance. Some are drama, ego, focused on attack and undermining. I always instruct the former type.
