KEEP DANCING

No Spoiler Necessary this week! 🪩💃🕺

OP posts:

I think Carlos has been smarter with the choreo - more contrast, more dance.

Aquarius1234 · 20/12/2025 20:07

Best one. They sped up the song bit weird..
Karen is way more watchable than Amber.
Yeh heart and soul.

chaosmaker · 20/12/2025 20:07

Just going through the motions of watching this. Was slightly surprised this was the final when it came on..

KimberleyClark · 20/12/2025 20:07

I liked Karen and Carlos’s costumes!

Piggywaspushed · 20/12/2025 20:07

I think George has had an easy life and pretty privileged. He , therefore, doesn't have any sob stories to tell. I think that's why I can't quite connect with him even though he seems a perfectly nice young man.

He's the best choreographer.
It's not about him.

FrothyCothy · 20/12/2025 20:07

Karen is so athletic, unreal.

TheBroonOneAndTheWhiteOne · 20/12/2025 20:07

I thought she was a bit hesitant in places.

Popfan · 20/12/2025 20:07

I think George's was the best. Karen was reverting to dance she knew prior to the show where as George showed what he learnt.

Please remember that Alexis wouldn't be able to do those lifts without George supporting her. The male dancer is never as showy, his job is to present and lead his partner, and George did a brilliant job of that.

So true

But its something we see a lot with physical fit/strong male celebs who are middling dancers. The male dancers should still be able to showcase their technique and skill without being “showy”. It was too many lifts for me (as show dances often are) which were insufficiently musical. I thought the opening was good, I wish they had focused on the “two person” dancing rather than “showgirl lifting”.

SweetBaklava · 20/12/2025 20:07

re. Tess… I’ve been to two live recordings of the show and I can confirm that she is fantastic in the role, utterly lovely to the audience and very professional! She will be very missed

It is a bit lack lustre

chaosmaker · 20/12/2025 20:08

Def one of the worst series' for me

Yes I think Carlos is good at choreographing to showcase his partner rather than hide his partner. I preferred that choreography - more dancing, less gymnastics.

When it was his cc, didn't we hear that his mum has cancer?

George - what I learned
Amber and Karen - what I already knew

He has had sob story brought up.
For me he seems to hold back on purpose. Which I find 🥱

Cece92 · 20/12/2025 20:09

Loved George’s show dance very emotional. Karen’s was great too!

Agree. I cannot warm to Karen ,not sure why 🤷‍♀️

BeeHive909 · 20/12/2025 20:09

George is the only none dancer and he 100% deserves to win. Karen just showed up the dance experience she’s been trying to hide. I hate when they do sob stories.

I don't recall that to be fair but you may be right.

But I'm one who likes a good sob anyway.

Coffeeishot · 20/12/2025 20:10

I love Karen's show dance it was fab. I love the partnership Carlos is a great choreographer.

His mum is currently going through breast cancer treatment. But I have full respect for George for not bringing it up as a symthahy vote grabber.
