So , just imagine if, when Maggie snooped in the cupboard at Ken’s, she saw a photo of Peter.
Her reaction was because she ‘knew’ Peter from years ago. He is 60, she is 65. Her marriage was shaky. She had a fling.
Then there’s a child, Ben, married to Eva…

I have absolutely no idea if this is the case, but the only thing I can imagine Peter returning for, would be Ken's funeral.

Ken, however, for a man in his 90s, appears to be in very good health, so that may not happen for some time yet.

Its wierd though because I would have put her as years older , she dresses as a woman in her 70s

She’s just celebrated her 65th birthday, I totally agree, she dresses much older, I’m a year or two younger, and think she’s staid and frumpy.

Peter will be back for Carla, it’s always been Carla. Leanne, Ken, just smoke and mirrors. Wishful thinking on my part, but it would wrap up the tedious Becky story line, and set alight the current occupiers at the Rovers!

If Peter is written as an ex of Ma Driscoll that would be absolutely repellent so I hope not.

If she is connected to someone surely it has to be Jim (so it does) given he's Irish. Steve is still living with Ken Isn't he? So could have a family photo in the sideboard.

Oh yes! Peter was the same age group as Toyah and Eva.

She probably just saw Deirdre's collection of peanut bowls, her glasses, her belt and a stuffed marrow.

No doubt the reveal about what Maggie saw in the cupboard will come in the summer or something when we’ve all forgotten about it

Really cannot see Peter Barlow being Ben's dad..think Ben is about 45 years old? Peter is 60 now.
Just 3 more weeks of hourly episides! Mon 5 Jan brings the crossover Emmerdale episode ..and the return of 30 minute episodes! It may lead to better sharper storylines.

Should I start tuning in to Emmerdale again so that the crossover will make sense?

@1reason Yes Peter is 60 and Ben was 11 in what looked like 1990 so he's 46. When Ben was born, Peter was 14/15 and living with his gran in Scotland.

I was wondering about dipping into Emmerdale, I watched until 4 or 5 years ago but have no idea what is going on there now!

The last time I looked at Emmerdale the wee lassie who I think was born at Christmas in the stable, Nelle?, was being abused by her partner. Where has the time gone??
