So much going on.

Sally and Tim are foster parents for Lou and Mick's children. (Whilst Lou and Mick are in jail.)

Kit (Brody's bio dad) has been assigned desk duties at work after getting into trouble. Bernie has gone on holiday alone.

Dev has packed Aadi off to India, to live with his uncle Vikram! (As he thought Aadi was out of control!)

Tim has Mr Spock eyebrows. Sally is still a snob. 'It's a top quality hot tub!' 😆

Abi and her comedy lips is having a sordid little fling with Kevin's Chuckle brother Carl. TracyLuv is blackmailing them because she caught them smooching!

DeeDee is (unprofessionally) dating a client.

There seems to be a secret involving Swain's deceased wife Becky that Kit's boss seems to know about, but won't talk about, and it's getting annoying now. (Just tell us Corrie bosses!)

Sarah has helped the factreh make a financial loss after flirting with a potential buyer who accused her of sexual harrassment, and is now demanding a discount, (which has resulted in other buyers wanting the same discount.)

I hope that they’re not going to turn Debbie into some caricature. She’s brilliant as she is but that last episode was painful.

Did anyone notice the woman in the baseball cap bumping into Roy at the hospital?
I wonder if there’s any significance in that?

Yep, I think it’s Becky watching. I also think it has to be someone we already know or have known previously.

That was a mixed bag of an episode wasn't it? (On Friday?)

Who is watching Swain? Why does Carla even want to marry her when she is still obsessed with her (dead) wife? And especially seeing as how they have zero chemistry?!

Sad that Christina appears to be in the early throes of fleecing George because I like them together.

Didn't like how they presented Debbie, as bossy, domineering, and unlikeable (with the dementia choir.)

I don't give a shiny shite about Tia, and Costello, and Becky's so-called 'secret.' I couldn't care less, and wish they would drop the whole thing. It's tedious now. (It always has been on some level!)

Good to see Evelyn back, and there does seem to be more people in the pub now (extras as well as the people actually in the scene/speaking.)

And yeah, David is always funny to watch!

Why do people think Becky is still alive ?

Wouldn't Lisa have identified her , as her NOK ?

This is my thought. It’s a bit far fetched to say the least that she’s actually alive and had abandoned her daughter.

Ohh and something else that was bugging me about Friday's episode.

Evelyn said the girl had hurt her foot at the Fresher's Friday night fancy dress ....or something.

Universities haven't even started yet !

Obviously using real life logic Becky would be as dead as a dodo but in the soap world it is a different matter.

Becky has been mentioned so often that something must be amiss and we have a wedding coming up so I would not be surprised to see her show up bright eyed and bushy tailed.

If she could stop Carla marrying DS Swain the nonsense may be worth it

I hope Christina isn't fleecing George, he isn't exactly wealthy anyway, you would imagine that she would set her sights a bit higher. And surely a dementia choir would be a bit more understanding, doesn't dementia often affect a person's personality?

It would be nice if it was not completely predictable.

We have already had Todd doing a u-turn, they could have made that a worthwhile plot about someone spotting an abusive partner and acting on it but everyone has to be made into a victim on Corrie even a smart and devious character like Todd.

Not The Becky that would be weird

If Becky had laid down in the morgue and played dead I doubt Swain would have noticed. Even if she had got up and said "'I'm dead" Swain would have believed her. Corrie's detective rarely detects anything.

Maybe she was only "identified" by a piece of jewellery or by her clothes and was whisked off by some shady men in suits, made to sign the Official Secrets Act and now goes by the name of Tia Whatshername. I mean this is Corrie where such scenarios are perfectly reasonable and not far-fetched at all.

I think she is under witness protection and has been given a secret identity or summat -to protect Swain and Betaey.
She will pop up and Betsey will start baaaaing like a lamb acting again
Although Betsey got compensation and Carla got her kidney again so maybe not

Mildly curious 🙄 and as always I'll keep "tuning in" but however the storyline goes it's bound to be absolutely ridiculous (💩)

As annoying as it is, it has got me wondering. Although hard to predict when absolutely anything can happen. I would not rule out Becky riding into the wedding on a flying unicorn at this stage.

Nope, no interest at all. I couldn't care less.

Nothing about Swain is interesting, she is just endlessly annoying.

She's usually in a strop, or about to have a strop.

I find a lot of storyline dull and confusing but I watch to see how the writers will try to sort ridiculous plots. I used to care about characters. Now I just want Gary to sort them out.
