I don't think Djok can play Carlos in the final. It can only be a Sinner/Alcaraz or Sinner /Djok final.

Jannik and Djok are on the same side of the draw and will meet in the SF if both get that far. The winner could potentially play Carlos in the final. I am counting on Jannik to beat Djok of course.

That's what I thought. Jannik and Djok being in the same half came meet in the semi final, so we could be looking at a repeat of RG for the final.

I didn’t watch RG, I see Sinner played Djokovic there - long match! Did anyone here watch it?

The final was Carlos and Jannik.

Carlos won. It was a great match.

Sinner played Djokovic in the semifinals. It was an intense match but in the end Jannik won pretty comfortably. Djok will fancy his chances on grass more, but I’m not a fan so hoping Jannik can beat him again.

After watching the Sonay Kartal match yesterday I started feeling unwell and spent the rest of the day in bed, drifting in and out of sleep so ended up missing most of the matches! I feel a bit better today so will hopefully get to see some tennis

The line call thing is unfortunate - I hope the linespeople in the crowd aren’t sabotaging the technology so that they get their jobs back (masterminded by Santa linesman) - the players do need to have confidence in the technology (I did like Sonay’s excuse that she wasn’t tall enough to see the disputed call though )

I am hoping to miss Djok today as he may set my recovery back - poor Marin must have done something to annoy the AELTC - he’s been shunted out onto court 2 which is a bit rubbish for a former finalist who probably won’t have many Wimbledons left. He’s playing Cobboli so it should be easy on the eye

Thank all. Had a great if hectic trip to SW9. Unfortunately our plans to have a wander round the outside courts didn't materialise due to the rain. All the matches we saw were a bit one sided and ai had a German couple next to me who spoke during every point of Sinner's match until I gave them my best school teacher glare! We left as soon as Djok won as I couldn't stand his stupid violin playing or whatever he does to celebrate nor his interview.

I had the misfortune of seeing the end of the Djok match - his new ‘celebration’ is a sort of dance called Pump it Up or something

It was really cute when his daughter was doing it but less so when he was doing it

Poor Marin does seem to have upset someone. But yes, Flavio is always nice to watch too.

There are some good matches- will give Djok /AdM a miss- I can't watch Djok for too long, and find Alex a bit dull to watch. (Soeey Alex). But I will change my mind if he wins
Would love Grigor to make a match of it against Jannik, but I feel like it could be quite one sided. Grigor has lost their last 4 meetings - but they have never met on grass.
Fingers crossed for Mirra (can't warm to Navarro, don't know why).
Not sure about Iga/Clara Tauson. I think Iga is always vulnerable on grass.
Shelton/Sonego could be lengthy (and noisy )

I’m at office today grrr so can’t watch anything until around 5.30. I see Cilic has been dumped out on court 2 again.

Marin is a break down, Flavio has started well. But it is early days.

Not sure how much I'll be able to watch today. I'm also hoping Grigor can make some inroads against Jannik, I'm a bit bored with him steamrolling everyone, impressive though it is. Although I am relying on Jannik to progress so he can beat Djokovic. My sister-in-law, who is not much of a tennis fan and only watches Wimbledon, inadvertently terrified me yesterday by saying she was hoping for a Norrie-Djokovic final

Tbh I find anything to do with Djok nauseating. I wish he'd just retire.

I just can't warm to Iga at all. Even watching her live was underwhelming.

Not seen Cobolli before but he is rather easy on the eye 🤣

A Norrie -Djok final would ruin my Wimbledon Ice (almost as much as the final against Dick did).

I wanted to buy one of those turquoise coloured towels but the queue to get into the shops were insane. Maybe just as well as they were probably ridiculously expensive.

It absolutely would ruin Wimbledon Raahh. Now that the thought is out in the world I'm worried it will happen. Norrie has beaten Carlos twice and Taylor six times so it's not totally implausible he could reach the final. And, while I haven't watched any of Djok's matches so far, he seems to be in great form.

The towels were £40 RaraRachael! I wanted one but that was just too much.
