@strugglingwithlife I think the whole ivf thing is just not coming across as very realistic primarly as the timescales dont seem right. It feels like no time is passing.

I'm loving all Irene's memories, it's so nice seeing the old characters, it also shows how different it is now to what it started as. It's going to be so sad seeing her go and will leave a massive gap to fill. Roo just doesn't have it, you can see thats what they're trying to do with her fostering but she's no Pippa or Irene, who whilst they loved their foster kids they knew it wouldn't be permanent.

Did anyone else get the impression that Irene wants John to go with her?

Agree Irene hinting at John to go. I hope he does but returns once he’s happy to see her off on the rest of her journey. Her face today that she’d forgotten she’d sold the diner :(

Yes I think John should go with Irene and then come back at the end of her travels.
The IVF storyline has been rushed and unrealistic .

All this talk of Dana and Harper being homeless is ridiculous. Why has noone suggested the caravan park? Mali moved there at the drop of a hat when he needed space from Abigail so I'm sure they would have at least one van free.

It seems to be just a ruse to get Harper and Tane under the same roof so they can rekindle their boring one sided relationship. And Dana to move in with Sunny.

Why has no one suggested Eden move in with Cash and Tane, and Harper and Dana move in there. Remi could just sod off if he wasn't happy🤷‍♀️.

If John went with Irene, they could rent his place whilst he was gone.

Or they could just find somewhere to bloody rent, they're a nurse and a social worker (well when it suits them) why can't they actually afford their own place?

It used to be the law that everyone had to spend at least some time living in the caravan park.

Yes she is annoying but Jo is even more annoying so Harper has become more likeable 😂

Having personal experience of knowing someone with Irene’s condition, the notion that she would be able to head off into the wide blue yonder travelling is ridiculous.

My theory, they're going to put Harper and Tane back together, they'll live in the house, Cash will move in with Eden (although I can't see him wanting to live with Remy), Dana will live with Sunny although not sure that Bree's place is big enough for 5 people. I think Lacey will go live with her Dad and Jo and Theo will go back to Leah and Justin.

They need another house. Or someone to go and live with John as he's rattling around in that house. Maybe Bree could go and live with him.

When I saw David point out the view from Irene’s house and the address “Pacific view” I wondered if that’s the Pacific? And how come they’ve never shown us that amazing location before?!

Yes, when they had Irene, Leah and Justin outside Irene's place yesterday, I'm sure it is the first time ever that we've seen the outside of Irene's. It's gorgeous!

Home and Away is filmed in Palm Beach Sydney so yes it is the Pacific Ocean which borders the Tasman sea. It's a lovely part of Sydney but very expensive! Not unusual for houses to sell for millions of dollars in that area.

Agree with all recent comments. Come to think of it im not sure i like any of the current storylines? Or to be honest many of the characters!

I suppose as they're actual houses with people living in them, they can't film the outside too much.

They don't do much house/street location filming these days to be fair, hardly see John's and he lives opposite Cash and the others! Hardly see the farm, Marley just goes outside to his shed but you never see him out there.

Yes I would love to live there, been twice and it's stunning. If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be there.
