Yes. It's all a bit sad.

Seeing Johnny Ruffo was especially sad.

Yes seeing all the old characters, especially Johnny Ruffo, was so sad. Makes you realise how fantastic the cast of yester year were. I hate this storyline with Irene but I think they are doing it really well.

Yes I agree. Wouldn't Cohen's mum have to agree? Its not like its a forced adoption due to removal from the mothers care. And Cohen loves his mum. Surely he wouldn't agree so readily either.

Another odd storyline is the Mac IVF thing. They've only being trying a couple of months.

I don't think the Mac IVF storyline is going to have a happy ending. Levi already looks unsure.

The ivf one annoys me.
they have only been trying for a minute. I do remember what that yearning is like but not so early on.

I'm not keen on Jo either. I think she was a cow flaunting the ring in front of Lacey knowing how Lacey would react.

I said to DH that IVF is far too early to be considered, pretty sure they'd wait at least a year in UK before even thinking about it.

I don't like Jo. But Lacey turning down the $100k just because her sister is being offered the same is ridiculous. Cutting off her nose to spite her face.

I could happily do without Lacey and Jo, I do like David though.

Lacey went up in my estimations by turning down the money. Might be foolish of her but she has her principles and doesn't want to feel beholden to her dad. She can't win though as if she did take the money and still want nothing to do with her dad and Jo she would have been seen as grabby.

Do we think there’s a sister for cohen? The way he reacted when cash talked about doing odd jobs to make up for his sister makes me think so.

I could've sworn that Lacey had already had a go at her sister for having their mother's eternity ring. But apparently not (perhaps I saw it in a preview clip)

Even more batshit antics from Roo now Cohen's dad has been found. What I don't understand is why would social services put him up for adoption unless all avenues to find family had been exhausted. Its such an odd storyline. Why can't he just stay with Roo as a long term foster arrangement. I'm glad David give it to her straight.

Surely Cohen wouldn't be put with someone he doesn't know just because he shares DNA and he's old enough to make that choice.

Also there was obviously a reason his Mum upped and left and told him he wasn't the Dad and yet no one has bothered to ask his Mum.

Well I get that. He'll probably turn out to be a wrong 'un. But the adoption all seems rather rushed and Roo is becoming a little obsessed. David was right. She needs to focus on her job.

I'm still trying to process the IVF storyline.. why on earth are they using egg stimulation at such an early stage?
