With only five posts left on the old thread, thought I'd start this so we can link between the two.

I want the brothers to win too. Everyone else is annoying me

It appears the brothers have made up time but the editing makes it so unclear to see! They used to show all four couples on the map but they don’t now.

Love the flower market and wedding footage. Really hope they share more of the visited countries next series and less of the back stories.

That young couple are lovely, can’t see anything annoying about them! Want them to win but if not the youngsters then happy with the oldies winnning! It’s great fun anyway whoever wins.

I think the coastal route can still be fast if they can go by car a lot of the way.

I find them annoying too.

Feel sad for Brian, he’s had the raw deal but is cheery and positive.

I’ve actually taken to Tom. He’s found life tough by the sounds of it.

Looks like Caroline and Tom are still ahead of the others but I think it’s going to be tight.

It’s hard to blame all of the narrative on the producers. Every opportunity Caroline gets, she’s banging on about not doing anything for the last 20 years. Yawn. 😴

I actually don't mind who wins. I usually like them all by the final episode, and this series is no different. What is different though this time, is the balance between the 'personal' journey and the actual journey. More of the bloody race please!!

Also not loving the obviously staged elements this time.

This thread is turning into a bitchy pull down of Caroline and it’s really not nice to follow. There’s a world of difference between not enjoying watching a contestant, and personally insulting someone.
It might be nice now if the haters step away from the thread and allow the rest of us to enjoy chatting about the programme.

I loved Thomas’ words to his mum earlier, really heartwarming, brought a tear to my eyes.

I’d still love Brian and Melvin to win the most, but I’d be happy to see any of them win.

I’m loving the race element of this episode, with the regular live map updates. Wish the whole series had been like this!

Tom has grown on me a lot, Caroline most definitely hasn't. I'd like the brothers to win, but they won't.
