Have name changed for this as my last post was very serious and I don't want to detract from that.

I get all the concerns about how normalising these set ups is a gift to coercive types. So I'm conflicted about what I'm going to write next...

I just found it incredibly hot! Never seen before so I went back and watched all of S2. It's not something I'd do personally, but I absolutely loved watching. I think for me, the fact it was real life couples added something.

And yeah, Mark was a bit sleazy but when he and Tanith and Marie went at it, I found it so so hot (but his orgy less so). Likewise the Scouse couple and the other woman. Agree though, I get dodgy vibes from this new couple.

S2 there was a man exploring whether he was bi, and there was one set up with two men and a woman so there is a mix I suppose.

And yes, this is blatantly C4 dressing up reality porn as something cerebral. I know that. I just really enjoyed it!

Content without artistic merit designed only to titilate.

I'm not against pornography when it's done on an ethical basis, i.e. not trafficed drugged performers cocerced into sexual acts. But pornography is understood by most of it's partakers as knowing it's not real but actors in a film/images etc. There is that step away from RL.

This kind of TV is portrayed as normal, amateur people not actors or sex workers although as we know, many of them are pornographic content creators as part of their income. So this is worse in a way as it's pretending to be something it isn't.

It's a really dangerous concept, C4 should be honest about who these people are in their RL so watchers can make the distinction.

ETA: You are perfectly entitled to enjoy it, that is the point of the programme.

Louise Perry’s book is great. I definitely can’t separate sex and love, the only reason I want to have sex with someone is if I want to be in a relationship with them. Casual sex never worked for me, neither would swinging as I would just fall in love with them. You have to be a certain type of person to be able to just do sex and forget the next day.

The TV show tries to make the situation look glamorous but from what I’ve heard, the reality is not really comparable. In a lot of organised places, people are drunk or not the cleanest. Doing this sort of thing whilst drunk is certainly a bad idea.

Find this cringing to watch, just an excuse for the men to get 'away' with it. Most of the women just go along with it to keep them satisfied in their fantasies!! Poor Tanith just wants to keep that pathetic boyfriend happy. He's 40 and still behaving like a teenager, he will never change, pretending he cares, not!
