New series starting next week - really looking forward to it. The teams are travelling in Asia, but I can't find information about the couples yet. Wednesday nights sorted!

That was my favourite episode so far, but agree about India, it looks A Lot…

I love this program, I'm sure the actual experience of doing it is really different because you don't have those beautiful drone shots

I loved India - but the pollution was appalling.

I still remember landing at Delhi airport and have never seen such an intense arrivals area.

Part of the problem is the pace. They don't have time to acclimatise to local conditions or take much of a break. It's non stop and they're at the budget end of accommodation and transport so it gets wearing. Well, it is a race!

I was about to say try 12 in New Zealand but you win!

Wow, I would find India too much, at least what we've been shown here.

I think we were all correct in our surmisings about China being very heavily curated.

What everyone in the show said about how much freer and more colourful everything felt in Nepal probably isn't what China wants to hear.

I wonder if ignoring the disputed border with India, and occupied Tibet, was part of the deal for them to shoot in China.

So the brothers will win and they are my least favourites. However all the rest are just lovely 😍

I’m the opposite - the brothers are the only ones I like after this week so I really hope they win

DH and I were chatting and missed the "big reveal" - what happened to make them lose their home?

I've no idea why I follow this thread because it's team brothers and all the rest are rubbish.

I like them all. But the over support for the brothers on this thread is disconcerting.

Lots of people just think they're the most personable couple. Hardly sinister.

Yes us too, DH gabbling through the entire show. He travelled round Nepal, India etc on his gap year so obviously is an expert on everything 🤨

When I saw the hostel room I thought the curtains round the bunks gave it an element of privacy I wasn't expecting. I've never had that amount of privacy in any hostel I've been to!

Yet Fin was so displeased with it!

She didn't elaborate so we are all in the dark.

in a way I want to go to India someday but I think I would just find it too intense. I found Thailand/ Bangkok was a lot for me and that looks tame in comparison

Was Whatsapping with DS about this - I was really quite full of it when I came back from India and Nepal....

i’m team brothers and if that is disconcerting I’m sorry 🤣 I like their attitude. They’re always laughing and not taking it too seriously. Having said that, I like them all and genuinely don’t care who wins

I hope she opens up more as she's quite closed off with Elizabeth and they're not quite connecting as much as they could.

I think why people (including me) like the brothers so much is because so far, they're the only ones showing any real personality. Whether that's down to editing i don't know but the rest come across as perfectly nice but bland. No strong characters like S2 Jen, or the panto villain Kevin on the Canada series. I think that could be adding to a sort of lacklustre feel for this series so far despite the stunning locations.

They are not sinister.
