I too am surprised it was Kathy, but in hindsight I can see why they made her be the culprit - not only because she's always hated Cindy, but it's also a nod to the 40th anniversary of the show as Kathy was in the first episode.

Yeah, I guess that Kathy was a safe bet
I just didn't think it was her at all
I didn't have her as an attacker.

Sonia is giving birth live in the pub on Thursday

I think Ian guessed Peter because he was acting shifty and he went to search for the locket where Peter was looking in the photo albums. I don’t think he knew it was Kathy until she confessed. Interestingly Cindy had already guessed Kathy before!

Cindy and Reiss are both horrible people. Unable to take accountability for anything. Such narcissists.
