I’ve done the Gunpowder Plot immersive thingy at Tower Vaults - it’s good fun and the actors will improvise a bit too.

His appearance hasn't swayed my opinion. He hasn't shown any humour or humility on his time on the show.

Sometimes there have been people that have looked back and recognised that they were a little too wrapped up in playing the game, and fair play to them for admitting it.

In this case he wasn't instrumental in failing the task, but the leader and sub-team leaders are both reasonable people who took their chances and made the wrong call rather than utter ineptitude.
