Welcome to the EastEnders spoilers thread, where we post and talk about any EE spoilers we've read about, including those in early release episodes on iPlayer.

Link below to watch episodes on BBC iPlayer - these are usually dropped at 6am on broadcast days - and you can read brief synopses of upcoming episodes:

Oh dear !!
Poor Ian

TortolaParadise · 25/12/2024 22:49

It is hard to feel sorry for Ian.

TortolaParadise · 25/12/2024 22:51

Cindy and Phil. Now this would be exciting.

the80sweregreat · 25/12/2024 22:52

I do feel sorry for Ian tbh
He isn't perfect or the perfect man, but he is loyal and kind and means well
It's never enough though is it ?

TortolaParadise · 25/12/2024 22:59

He lied about his daughter having cancer to marry Melanie. I just can't forgive it. (I know it is tv).

Anyonecanfallinlove · 25/12/2024 23:00

Is Ian kind and loyal? Hasn't he treated all his partners terribly? Mel, Laura, Jane. He is also very judgemental of everyone else

the80sweregreat · 25/12/2024 23:00

Go Ian
Tell the toxic cow where to go !

Southeastdweller · 25/12/2024 23:01

This is leading up to a death I think.

I hate Ian , but well done Ian

Anyonecanfallinlove · 25/12/2024 23:02

Is Cindy going to be killed in a whodunit?

the80sweregreat · 25/12/2024 23:03

I'd never smash things up
' waste of time

TortolaParadise · 25/12/2024 23:08

Yes because you have to tidy it up!

the80sweregreat · 25/12/2024 23:08

OMG ! Cindy and a shovel

Southeastdweller · 25/12/2024 23:08

I think that smash up scene was a nod to Arthur doing the same thing in that house back in 1986, also on Christmas Day.

Oh yes!

the80sweregreat · 25/12/2024 23:10

Peggy smashed up the Vic once
It was awesome

Southeastdweller · 25/12/2024 23:11

I’m glad I managed to stay up. I was entertained throughout but of course it was daft sometimes. I knew Michelle Collins wouldn’t stay in EE for too long.

TortolaParadise · 25/12/2024 23:12

No Bianca and Reiss?

Meredusoleil · 25/12/2024 23:12

So who do we think did it? Ian or Junior?

I really hope Lauren doesn't give in to temptation and take those pills!

Peter is such a wimp. Calling Lauren toxic for revealing the truth. Everyone is suddenly calling everyone else toxic 🙄

On a side note, the slapper(Cindy) did look amazing in that dress and I liked the shoes too.

PS did anyone else get a warning of strong language on screen just before she got hit? I didn't hear anything 🤔

YellowPixie · 25/12/2024 23:12

The smashing up thing is such a cliche, as is hte Christmas day murder/attempted murder. Is Michelle Collins leaving the series? And the guy who plays Ian?

the80sweregreat · 25/12/2024 23:12

Southey
She may live ! Walford general has a great track record

TortolaParadise · 25/12/2024 23:16

@Meredusoleil Peter and Ian are saps. I think it is Elaine.

MadisonAvenue · 25/12/2024 23:18

Where was Gina going?? Maybe it was her?

Southeastdweller · 25/12/2024 23:18

Lauren is seriously messed up. She shouldn’t have done what she did. I thought that scene with her and Peter where he told her she was toxic was very satisfying.

frockandcrocs · 25/12/2024 23:21

Does the way Peter speaks grate on anybody else?

Also surprised that there was no mention of Bianca... maybe NY?

I reckon I could be Gina. She'd been drinking and snuck out. But could just be a red herring.
