No her mum - she was in it briefly last night.

No, just done a couple of searches and she was played by Yasmine Holness-Dove. Princess was played by Laura White.

Good lord. Melody. I missed this era of Doctors. How on earth did she ever graduate med school? 😂

Melody! She was bonkers. I haven't been watching the old ones recently, but I remember her being in it vividly.

I caught up with a bunch of episodes recently. My favourite receptionist Donna was still around. I didn't really like how they got rid of her character, it didn't seem to fit.

(But the actress was probably far too busy with Horrible Histories).

I'm glad I'm not the only one wondering about Melody. She's far more annoying than I remember. Bl@@dy infantile!. I liked Donna too - yet to warm up to Vivien.

I don’t remember Vivian at all.

I really liked Donna too, and Vivian is one of my all time favourite characters.

Really can’t stand Michelle.

I was hoping Michelle would improve and grow on me but nope. Vivien has, though.

Melody is driving me nuts. I was hoping she would only be around for a short stint but Google tells me she was in over 300 episodes. That’s a lot of episodes to go 😂

Spotted 6tl in an episode of Rosemary &Thyme on ITVX yesterday. She got murdered in the first 10mins though.

How're we all doing? Still watching? Finding it hard to engage with at the moment - can't believe how annoying and childish Vivien and Michelle are.

I’m still watching, love Vivian but I can’t stand Michelle.

I like Vivien too - without Michelle. . I'm finding Jimmi and the DI annoying too, and I've always found Nick annoying for some reason.

I like the "patient" storylines though - many of these are interesting and thought-provoking.

Hoping Barry is going to turn up soon.

I’ve always thought Nick was quite creepy.

I’ve just looked on Wikipedia and Barry didn’t appear until 2010 according to that and it seems we’re on 2007 at the moment (I actually thought we were further ahead than that).

Nick is creepy isn’t he. And desperate, which is never an attractive quality!!

i can’t work out how Julia and Vivian were friends before she started at the mill.

I've been binge watching the new series of Father Brown. Who should turn up in an episode but Princess- playing someone just as mean. (Haven't got to whether she's the murderer yet )

In this mornings episode Jessica Regan turns up . She returns later as Dr Niamh Gallagher and becomes Al’s love interest.
I think that Julia and Vivien knew each other when they both worked at the same hospital @BourbonsAreOverated . Spoiler! creepy Dr Nick comes to a sticky end!

ahhh that explains how judgemental vivian was friends with relaxed fun Julia.

eeek!!! Theres something a little warm and fuzzy about knowing that everything is ok in the end. Although maybe not for all the characters.

I think I remember that spoiler from the first time round. I haven’t watched any this week but can catch up on annual leave next week.

Melody is annoying me a bit less but that might be because Vivian is getting right on my tits at the moment. I need Al and Barry and Zara but I’m going to have ages to wait.

Yep I’m still watching! It’s a bit of a hard watch atm because of the storyline involving Vivian. Anita Carey won the British Soap Award for Best Dramatic performance at the 2009 soap awards.
Hopefully Melody will be leaving soon as she’s so annoying!
