I found something a bit wrong with Ross from the start. Not to say that this isn't a surprise but I've never been able to fully warm to him.

N.b. I think that it's clear that Sacha also has a temper but there's a difference between a couple screaming at each other and one of them, the big man in the pair, throwing stuff about. It's just not on and any sensible bunch of real experts would tell them to throw in the towel and get out of it.
