Aubergine steak is not a main course. It's become another veggie 'cop out' for restaurants who think they can now charge £15 for a slice of cauliflower with some spices.

I had aubergine soup in an Italian restaurant in Glasgow. I really didn't expect much from it but it was delicious, wish I'd got the recipe.

We went to Richie’s restaurant last year a s a special dinner the day before daughter’s wedding ( me , the bride , my youngest daughter and the maid of honour ) . Was very excellent.
