Lovely to see you too. I have missed ye. Hopefully she will be. Mam is technically v sick. She has heart failure and kidneys only 25%. She was admitted for bradycardia and fluid on the lungs. She's fighting. And moaning that I need to get her out of there!! Good signs. Damn long weekend

Haha brilliant. I did apply a couple years ago but wasn't successful unfortunately. Since then life has taken a turn as I'm mams full time carer and it's been a rollercoaster. The joys of living in ireland meant that when I cancelled sky and didn't have live telly I didn't have access to bbc cos we don't get the player. More providers are bringing telly out over here now which is good (although no record function is a balls) so I'm excited to be back with ye for this series.

Thanks all. Mam was bradycardic and had fluid on the lungs (with heart failure not good). Bank holiday weekend here didn't help. She's off oxygen, her heart rate is up. She was moved off hdu to a regular geriatric ward today. But because she was bedbound a week she's so weak and frail (and wasn't great to start with since she needs 2 new knees as well) so they need to work on that.
