I wouldn't like Lily if I thought she was pretending to be thick/ stupid. She isn't imo. Just cos Lily doesn't know stuff doesn't mean she's stupid. Attention seeking is completely different.
I also try watching the live feed and she is often loud/ tipsy/ drunk bur not thick! Just young. Quite funny actually.
