Lily's still favourite to win, or was last time I looked at the odds

I'm surprised Lily was that upset.

She wants to win and thought she had a good game plan.

dapsnotplimsolls · 26/10/2024 00:13

I think they'll find a way to wangle Lily as HoH to protect her from eviction. Rosie as HoH would be interesting - she might have to actually get off the fence and show some personality. Miaou.

TellingBone · 26/10/2024 00:15

Oh hell I hope Lily doesn't get HoH because that's Ali by proxy

Martha has apologised to Hanah, who accepted the apology but refused a hug

If Lily wins I'm never watching this again.

DwarfBeans · 26/10/2024 08:37

I thought Marcello got the biggest crowd cheer. That's gonna piss off Ali. Looking forward to how she changes tactics this week. And if she backs off from Lily. There's no way IRL she would want that dirty urchin climbing into her bed.

I've found Marcello hilarious from the beginning. I'm not offended by his humour and I think he has a soft side. I'm not offended by sex talk either. It was nice to see Sarah bantering with him.

Thomas was slightly more interesting in last nights episode, hinting at his sexy time with his other arm. Good job Ali wasn't around to get offended. In fact, is Emma doing that too? Purposely not saying sex stuff in front of Ali?

DwarfBeans · 26/10/2024 08:43

When I first saw Khaled he reminded me of Slater from Saved by the Bell (showing my age)

Lellojello · 26/10/2024 09:04

Izaaz eviction predicted. Would have preferred Nathan to go.

AJ looks like she is auditioning for newly reformed Pans People. Not the best I've seen her looking.

Love that Kharcello stayed.

Lets see what next week brings.

Absolutely, this! Big Brother will somehow find a way to make sure Lily and Ali are both immune and can't be nominated. I wish they would just scrap the HoH thing and let people nominate properly with no-one being immune.

rockingbird · 26/10/2024 09:20

I also agree with this, Lilly should be up for eviction but the producers won't allow that - naturally Lilly will save Ali and I'd say Martha or Tom will be next out.

Turmerictolly · 26/10/2024 09:21

Hanah is coming across as a bit mardy. Tough girl exterior - think the other housemates are too scared to argue with her face to face.

AhBiscuits · 26/10/2024 09:49

I've warmed to Marcello more and more as time has gone on. He's obviously not perfect and can be a bit sleazy. But he's not two faced, deals with conflict well and can be quite funny.

Me too. I think he has a bit of a soft side which has started to come out. And he does make me laugh.

Blueglazzier · 26/10/2024 11:14

If Lily was my daughter I would feel embarrassed by her behaviour at how I had brought her up . How on earth she will hold down a job , earn a living or even become a mother I dare not think. Appaling childish behaviour. I seriously hope she does not win as she is a bad role model to young people

TellingBone · 26/10/2024 11:25

I suspect Lily will activate her redemption arc earlier than planned

He does have a caring nature and can be very funny.

Emma is just as sleazy but nobody says anything to her.

JaneJeffer · 26/10/2024 11:48

Thomas made me laugh last night with his "wanking hand". They barely show him usually but now that Lily has zoned in on him he'll be getting some airtime!

Over the years (I've watched every series) BB have had all sorts of people win. Some I could not understand why on earth people voted for them. Anyone remember the nasty Helen Wood.

DwarfBeans · 26/10/2024 11:56

Exactly @JaneJeffer it's easy to call housemates boring when they're not making the edit but once a few loudmouths leave, it's their time to shine.

I think Ryan could have been a laugh had he stayed long enough.

This.

I’ve seen loads of people (including housemates) use her age as a mitigating factor in the way she acts. She’s 20, not 5. Being 20 is an adult. Sure, she won’t have the same head as a 40 year old, but her age has nothing to do with how she acts; it’s just who she is.

Helen Wood was vile. She won Season 15 (2014,) because her partner/husband was a producer on the show IIRC. Didn't she win a pass to the final too, in the first week or something?

She bullied other housemates all through the series, and yet she was never removed. She had total immunity because she had a free pass to the final, and a big person behind the scenes fixing it for her to stay in - and to win. Hideous creature she was, and it was a total fix when she won.

.

Illjusthavethebreadsticks · 26/10/2024 12:54

The funniest Lily moment for me was when she interrupted hanah and Ali chatting at the table to do a weird dance. The subtitles said she 'growls jauntily' !

DwarfBeans · 26/10/2024 13:51

@SabreIsMyFave I didn't know that about her husband. It makes total sense now (didn't at the time) I was ready to give up with BB because of her winning.
