They did similar casting with Chatham and Riley, Karen's kids with autism. It's a good thing I think . Even if it meant intermittent appearances.

Which do you agree with re Tommy?:

1, the nicey nicey talk was just wrong and doesn't work. He will just think he can walk over them and do as he pleases as they're soft. (Bet he wouldn't dare act this way around Phil who would be much more tough about this).

2, the talk did work for a while and this approach is better but it was overhearing Alfie and Freddie that made things worse and resulted in why he lashed out later.

What are the scriptwriters doing with Freddie? He started off sweet but dim, showed he had a moral compass by trying very hard not to pursue Anna. His sudden and intense interest in birdwatching had me puzzled, then last night not only is he a zealous campaigner for Sonia's release but a relationship counsellor to Alfie and Kat!

And don't forget how he was in biancas doc app
