Netflix Pace just means not posting who got together and who split before it's been shown onscreen.

I remember her saying "I am obsessed by you". I think he needed to do something really bad to make her want him to leave.

Ramses in episode 9, actually disgusted by him. Mariska doesn't want to put hormones in her body that can mess her up but he's not willing to wear a condom as then he won't enjoy sex, what is he, 16 years old. Fuck off with that absolute bullshit!

The way they've edited the conflicts is so jarring, just cutting to them discussing something you've not seen with zero context is bad telly. I kept thinking I had missed something! Why not just put some text on screen or a voiceover?

I love Marissa and her mum, Ramses is a pig disguised as a modern man. And he needs to cut that dingly dangly bit of hair please.

I find it so funny how Hannah and Alex act vaguely disgusted with their partners 99% of the time but every now and again have to say they love them, and it's really unconvincing.

I've no idea what a few of this seasons women see in some of these men. Ramses and Stephen give me the major ick. I was baffled by Monica's adoration and clear physical attraction to someone who like Stephen. He clearly wasn't in it for genuine reasons and the spidey senses he gave me have been substantiated.

I have even less idea in what the lovely Marissa sees in Ramses. That hair is such a turn off and his attitude to her not wanting to take birth control pills has sealed their fate - I think.

I really like how together Hannah is. How she greeted Nick's parents' with such thoughtful gifts is testament to her maturity and how she holds herself. I think she is completely mismatched with Nick - who is out of his depth with her. She isn't attracted to him really, it's evident in how sneering she has been about him.

Garret is so smitten with Taylor that the reality of what he has pledged to do/give up for her hasn't registered with him yet. This couple are my favourite and the only one that seems to have the potential to last. But I think odds are against them too.

It is an odd season compared to previous ones.

Yes, Hannah came across a lot better in the meet the parents situation than she had in some of their other scenes. She's a strong character and he's a bit of a manchild still, a bit of a cliche in his parents basement dabbling in real estate, he is in no way ready for marriage. They are just ill suited.

Manchild is right. She is streets ahead of him in terms of maturity, life experience and general outlook. I am not entirely sure he is attracted to her either.

Joining this thread, I've watched up until the end of the last batch and planning on binging the rest asap!
Actually, I watched the first 10 mins of the first new available episode but then had to take the dog out!

I thought Ramses was "just okay" but omg! Seems like he's pressuring Marissa into sex without a condom even though she says birth control affects her hormones negatively. Then saying it might be an issue for their marriage in the future, and that if she isn't all over him and up for sex every time he gropes her then he needs to think again.

Complete and utter coercion going on there. She deserves so much better! Ugh!

Only on episode 4 but Brittney seems a bit underwhelmed with Leo. I also can’t stop staring at her chest.

Who would’ve thought Stephen would be a sleazy sexter! He did seem to talk about sex a lot in a bit of a gross way so there were alarm bells there but I was still shocked. Him and Monica would’ve been a disaster so they’re both better off out of it.

The woman’s home with all the clothes/bags/boxes, yeesh! (Sorry forgotten her name). And that’s what it’s like when she knew the cameras and her fiancé would potentially going there, I dread to think what it’d be like otherwise.
I really like both Hannah and Nick but not together, they seem too incompatible. She’d end up having to mother him I think.
Gutted about Ashley and Tyler, they seemed so genuine. I can’t believe he lied to her. The way she’s wording it ‘you helped a couple have kids’ and calling them sperm donor babies, is that not true?
I can’t see any of them getting married apart from Taylor and Garrett maybe but then in other seasons people have really surprised me. Remember Colleen and Matt(?). Never thought they’d marry and I think they’re still together.

Tyler is leaving out details such as he was in a relationship previously with one of the women. He was involved with the children and there are photos with him at Christmas etc His mum posted about being a proud grandmother.

Most of episode 10 was sooooo boring. I don't have faith in any of these people to both say I do, I'm not sure its worth my attention anymore!

In the opening of the first episode there is a clip of Ramses saying "I would have sex with you if I wasn't engaged". Do we ever find out who he said it to?

The editing of the conflicts so that we see conversations about arguments we have no idea or orientation of is REALLY IRRITATING.

I can only imagine this is done to get people to tune into some kind of after show later in to see the conflicts they never saw.

I won't care by that point.

What’s up with Hannah’s parents. They didn’t want to ask Nick any questions when they met him and when she’s telling her mum they have all these issues her mum is like ‘that doesn’t matter’. No good advice or support, especially compared to all the other parents who really want to make sure their children are marrying the right person for the right reasons.

Oh thanks. That’s terrible. Poor Alex and those poor kids :(

I'm half way through episode 10, just watched a weird tedious breakup.

The production team seem to have totally missed every interesting interaction this year and we're just getting these weird out of nowhere rows and recaps. Seriously did they lose footage in a flood? Were there a series of power cuts? Did the couples bribe them to lose the footage or to stop filming?

Hannah also says she was "on her own" from 18, I don't think she has a great relationship with them, and, I think it's possible they expect big attention seeking behaviour from her and roll their eyes a bit. Thats just a thought I have.
