Oh ffs - she's stripping off !!!
she has major issues.

LIZS · 01/03/2025 21:20

Poor Dylan , hope she doesn't turn on him again.

Littletreefrog · 01/03/2025 21:33

FFS Jodie has gone from seemingly mature level headed nurse to clearly mentally disturbed overnight. Meanwhile Luka has got over his issues with his Mum being an addict because she said she can choose not to take drugs anymore because it's that easy.

Spidey66 · 01/03/2025 21:56

I thought Sophia had a termination or maybe that's what we're supposed to think?

purpleme12 · 01/03/2025 22:16

She did

daffodilandtulip · 01/03/2025 22:30

Every week I think we've finally reached the demise of Faith, yet she keeps bouncing back with her little whiney voice, to keep the job she should have been sacked from years ago. I actually thought ian was going to break up with her before he said he found the pills.

A bit worried that Jodie will start a campaign against Dylan now and ruin his life (further).

hoarahloux · 01/03/2025 22:52

Poor Jodie. She only values herself in terms of sex and any man being kind to her must mean they want sex. I really hope this time she can get some help, she deserves better.

FagsMagsandBags · 01/03/2025 23:40

Yeah, @hoarahloux I felt sorry for her tonight and I don't usually. She's a total mess and the only time she's functioning well is as a nurse and she's in danger of ruining that quite soon if she doesn't get help. She is an excellent nurse but she needs serious therapy to figure out why she only sees herself as worthwhile if men want to have sex with her. There's something worse in her background than we've currently seen. I went through similar self destructive behaviour in my twenties so I should have been feeling sorry for her sooner but she has an arrogance about how special she thinks she is that was getting in the way of feeling any pity for her.

Shit ain't going to go well for her.

Faith was super annoying and selfish tonight. She knows that Stevie is having a really hard time given that it's the day after Richard died and no one knows what she's going through except Faith so she decides to be an arsehole and not let her have a look in her locker because Stevie should trust her. Total arseholery from Faith there. I also don't give a flying fuck about Luca or any of her children, so there!

Dylan needs to find himself another Dervla. I know no dog will be the same, but Dylan needs a lovely dog. I love his houseboat.

purpleme12 · 01/03/2025 23:52

Yep he needs a dog

AnImaginaryCat · 02/03/2025 12:33

It was a very clean train inside bar a bit of broken glass.

It was so sad to see her like this and I hope she gets help. I think I am one of the few people who like her character. Well, I love the flicks on her eyeliner, but I do like her as well

Doubleraspberry · 04/03/2025 19:45

I do too. I feel for her. She lost her mum, her father’s no cop, and she seems profoundly lonely, and associates sex with making other people happy or making them like her. Dylan could and would have been supportive of her - maybe they’ll find their way back to that eventually.

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/03/2025 20:27

Behind as usual 😂

watching last weeks now. Why is Stevie at work after death of Rich or is it as she wasn’t ‘with’ him she doesn’t get leave

maybe that’s how it works for affairs.

LIZS · 08/03/2025 20:46

Siobhan won't acknowledge that Rich was about to leave her and Stevie wants to forget it for now.

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/03/2025 21:09

I felt for Stevie but also for siobhan.

yes his last words were ouch

now Luca is all fine after being a terror for months - tho agree he’s had a shit time recently. Dad is dead and mum an addict

very hard to trust an addict 🥲

and Jodie - she is a troubled soul

bless Dylan. I forget he said to max he would look after her

i said the other week that purple nurse only took one tablet. Have to take 2. So she may come back with baby in months

hoarahloux · 08/03/2025 22:55

What an Unforgotten ending, only missing the sad music! I love the Unforgotten soundtrack.

Glad Dylan's back and back with a vengeance. It was great having Dylan and Jodie time but why did neither of them hit the call button? Dane was unconscious, it wasn't a hostage situation, and Dylan was quick to hit it as soon as Dane was stable, but why not before?

Poor Siobhan. Her seeing a person in need and ignoring it at at the end... she must be burnt out.

Wonder where Indie's going to stay. She just needs to tell Jan and she'll literally adopt her.

Iain and Faith, well. I gotta admit, that was sweet.

purpleme12 · 08/03/2025 23:24

Wow the first few minutes were a bit much for Casualty

AnImaginaryCat · 09/03/2025 08:12

Well that was an odd one.

Did need to take a moment to appreciate the BBC minor extras portrayal of hooligans as jumping up and down and banging things while shouting.

The first scene with the riot was horrific (shudders).

I thought so too

I agree. I felt really uncomfortable to watch. I cannot handle watching violence like that even though I know it’s being acted. I suppose the fact that it happens in real life, and knowing that men can cause such harm to each other and not even care is hard to digest. I suppose the scene depicts how men can be such volatile and violent animals and how there’s no ‘humanity in men like that.

spiderlight · 09/03/2025 15:14

I felt sorry for the horses, although I'm sure they were experienced police horses and were being looked after. It's difficult to see them being put in such stressful situations anyway, but when it's purely for entertainment, it makes me very uncomfortable.

Was that the last episode in the Jodie/Dylan story arc?

EBearhug · 09/03/2025 15:29

It certainly felt like an end of series episode. Next time, we'll be back to normal, as if nothing ever happened between Jodie and Dylan, Jolie and Rida and Cam, etc, etc. I suppose we still have Stevie vs Siobhan and Indie's homelessness and illiteracy.

SoMentallyDrained · 09/03/2025 19:44

I wish I had someone to shag me and buy me chips

LIZS · 09/03/2025 19:48

That was the last of this plot arc I believe. Can Iain and Faith not leave for a fresh start never to be mentioned again, maybe take Jacob and his son and gs too.
