I have a great self saucing lemon pudding recipe. I’ll put it on the thread if I can find it.

I was out to dinner (DIY pizzas at a work friend’s) and missed it so will try and catch up tomorrow.

My mum has a chocolate self-saucing pudding recipe to go with her lemon one (which is one of my favourites) I’ll have to see if I can find it next time I visit.

I bet Gregg frequently self-sauces.

This is my recipe for a lemon layer pudding from my 1980s Dairy Diary Cookbook that I took to uni. I’m fairly confident that it’s very close to the one that Diane used.
