They do talk a lot of nonsense. Vito doesn't just take instructions as a dancer, he has to create, improvise, convey ideas to others. Maybe not easy verbally but he can demonstrate.

I once tried to roast broccoli and it was like I'd set fire to a privet hedge and then had to eat it. I think you can only really boil or steam broccoli. Any other way goes wrong.

Oh no, I love roasted broccoli. Little bit of olive oil and lemon juice, or parmesan. Get the tops a bit charred and it's delicious.

The use of the word 'roasted' for all sorts of things nowadays is just wrong. 'Roasted' rhubarb. 'Roasted' pineapple. 'Roasted' bloody kale. I mean I can’t even.
