There is never CCTV when you need it in EE!
Junior pushed the camera to face the wall in the office (surely he would be seen approaching the camera to do that . I've only ever seen CCTV in the office, not in the club itself?

They probably won't check the office camera anyway , but often they just say ' it's not working ' to cover this plot hole lol 😂

I was going to say this. Since there was a crush surely the first thing the police would want to check would be CCTV in the club to see how events unfolded. If it wasn’t working you would think they would question this and it would have been raised as an issue but no-one seems to have mentioned it.

I wonder if Lauren will remember what she saw re Cindy and Junior or will she conveniently suffer memory loss for storyline purposes and it all comes back to her on the day of George’s wedding or the duff duff at Christmas.

Lauren is bound to have a ' lightbulb ' moment around November in time for Elaine's wedding
She'll suddenly remember seeing them in the office that day and scupper another wedding !
She had form ( she did the CD thing one Christmas when Stacey was going to marry Bradley )

Junior thought the cctv was working because he turned it the other way so it couldn't record Cindy and him shagging on the desk.

When Ian finds out he’ll probably just shrug, unsurprised. He’s just resigned to her always cheating on him. What a way to live.

We know it! He is a bit of a mug when it comes to Cindy

@80s it was interesting that it was Lauren who saw Cindy and Junior, as you say it immediately made me think of Max and Stacey.

A few years back there was a storyline round Hallowe'en where IIRC Abbi Branning was being stalked (or it might've been Lauren ?) There was someone in a cape that we saw fleeting glimpses of . Cannot remember the full story . There was a trailer (they always used to be brilliant )

If Lauren blackmails Cindy about the Junior/Cindy office desk hookup she could blast it all out in the open on Hallowe'en with the fallout and aftermath will ruin the wedding .
The tension between Cindy and Lauren will be electric, Cindy will be in knots thinking "she knows something" but if Lauren is smart she won;t let on.
Maybe Cindy will try to be "nice" ?

Cindy is invisible Louis's grand mother , so a big link to Lauren there.
Maybe Lauren will have pain killer addiction ? ( I admit I did read this as a possible upcoming story for her, but she did overcome her alcoholism, as they do on EE but it is sometimes mentioned)
What did Lauren see though ? Them both on the desk or something else ?
The camera was moved , so no actual evidence they were there together although people did see her afterwards she said she wanted to see her family and her migraine had magically cleared up!
She is playing with fire. If it's not Lauren; it'll be someone else finding out for sure the way they are carrying on.

I hope they do a Halloween thing too!
The one with Janine and Micheal moon / Alice was good fun too.
I did like Abby Branning , they got shot of the best sister in my humble opinion. Was upset they killed her off.

Ha Cindy will be in knots if she has to be nice to Lauren😆

I think Lauren just saw that Cindy and Junior were in the office, they shouldn't have been there - and the door was locked which was weird.

I agree they should have got rid of Lauren and kept Abi!

I'm looking forwards to seeing Kathy's face when it all kicks off ! She told Ian she would mess him about and cheat when they came back from ' France ' ( which was actually the uk

She'll do a mum ' told you so' look no doubt and then hit her because they tend to like violence when someone is unfaithful on EE
( I hate this myself, but it's become a thing )

Elaine said they are getting married in November , but can't remember which day ? Be funny if it's the 5th as bound to be fireworks about something or another big on that day ( and the reception in the Vic with the tables pushed back)
I'm predicting Cindy being found out as links to George and the girls , but might be more Dean stuff ( although I'm hoping that is wrapped up by then !)

Six weeks ago, Matt di Angelo (Dean) gave an interview and he said he’s finished the trial scenes and that he’s left the show.

Ahh, so maybe they will put Dean away once and for all ! ? That'll be interesting to see what happens there.

I think Dean will be acquitted, and Shirley will be back for the trial and take him off to wherever she has been living. After a huge ruck between her and Linda.

Dean's up on two charges, the second is withholding medication from his daughter. There seems to be enough evidence for a guilty verdict on that, but I don't know what the sentence would be.

Dean deserves to be found guilty to the whole lot, for putting me through months of his self pitying whining😠😆

I don’t think Dean will escape prison - that won’t be ‘soap justice’ for raping Linda. So he’ll go down for what he did to Jade, Sharon will get banged up on Thursday for killing Keanu, and the ‘duff duff’ that day will be seeing Chrissie in prison. Linda confesses within a few weeks and it’s bye bye to Kellie Bright. Just my theory.

It has dragged on a bit this story with Dean !
If Shirley could forgive him , then she's a better woman than me. It's bad enough his a rapist , but trying to make his daughter ill is also horrendous and he deserves everything he might get ! Tampering with medication must be something you'd go to prison for surely ?
Getting off Linda's rape was awful too
Been a horrible storyline all round

Did Chrissie watts kill Den watts ?
I do recall her and Kat's daughter and someone else involved too ( can't remember the girls name )

I expect Shirley was treated to a lot of self-pitying whining from Dean. He never admits anything, never his fault, it's always someonelse being mean to him.

Edit - yes Chrissie killed Den. It was another Six type event with I think 4 women involved.

It was Zoe who was involved with Den and Chrissie. I do recall a kind of ' witches couldron ' affair with someone else too.

The trailers for EE are rubbish these days compared to the old ones they used to do

I still like them. I loved the ones in December (I think) last year about the murder at the Vic.
