I thought it was nice at the back - vandals

chocolateshoes · 09/04/2008 20:35

Oh yes I'm watching!

MrsDougRoss · 09/04/2008 20:37

is it wrong to be wanting them to fail because they did not listen to sarah about stupid extension

OP posts:
PixelHerder · 09/04/2008 20:39

nah - Patsy deserves it

MrsDougRoss · 09/04/2008 20:41

the kitchen seems small after all that. I think she does deserve it.

OP posts:
jingleyjen · 09/04/2008 20:41

jingleyjen · 09/04/2008 20:41

Twiglett · 09/04/2008 20:41

jingleyjen · 09/04/2008 20:42

I think the WAG house prediction looks like a block of flats..
will be interesting to see what it looks like finished

MrsDougRoss · 09/04/2008 20:43

sorry design it

OP posts:
MrsDougRoss · 09/04/2008 20:44

at least they listened to her a bit. - the wag people. oh she is really upset - the lady in white - spitting feathers as my granny would say.

OP posts:
Twiglett · 09/04/2008 20:44

pissed off at 100K profit margin and then making 82K .. over 6 months I'd be delighted

jingleyjen · 09/04/2008 20:44

£82,000 profit for 6 months work isn't bad!

jingleyjen · 09/04/2008 20:45

OOh I hate adverts... what does the house look like... I don't want to wait 3 whole minutes

Twiglett · 09/04/2008 20:45

took a year to get that money so how much mortgage would they have paid .. I reckon they made about 70K profit less cap gains tax

MrsDougRoss · 09/04/2008 20:46

i would be chuffed and they did not really do much themselves did they?

OP posts:
jingleyjen · 09/04/2008 20:46

if they are living in it as their residence do they have to pay capital gains?

iom08 · 09/04/2008 20:47

I agree with you Jingleyjen, I thought the 'WAG house' cgi looked like a block of flats.

Twiglett · 09/04/2008 20:47

is CGT at 40% still? that would knock an extra 33K off it (roughtly) so they came out with 37K profit I'll wager

Twiglett · 09/04/2008 20:48

did they live in it?
