Isabel and Eugenie hve done really well this leg. With very little sniping at each other!

They have the same two people with them. Both have a camera and sound equipment. So sometimes only one of those people is with them.

There is also a follow car that has a doctor, security, producer etc. but that car is about 10 minutes behind them at any given time and the couple never see them. The people with the couple also tell another film crew where they are so they turn up and take film of the outside of bus stations etc.

Yes there's a team that follows behind with drones and cameras to film the sweeping vistas / teeming cities at their leisure.

The bus journeys are really long. I do think I’d have travel sickness.

I notice tonight they all have hand drawn maps. Is this because it’s more detail?

Enjoyed that leg! Agree with others that Betty and James are out of the running - the others have the budget to hammer private transport now if needed.

It's hard to tell how far behind Steven and Viv are, but I hope they're still in it too. I've warmed to them loads over the episodes.

Usually a team runs out of money before the end, so it's a "self-enforced" eviction rather than an elimination round.

The rules are that you have to get to the end with the cash off the cost of the flight between the 2 places. If you run out of money then you're out.

I was surprised Viv announced she'd poo in the jungle. I could never go on the show. I couldn't wait 7 or 8 hours without needing a wee. I hope the boys win. I felt so sorry hearing about how one of them lost his Mum at 5.

Yes, I think it's the first leg that Isobel hasn't sniped at Eugenie.

Yeah I see them really differently after that - I don't want them to win now, I don't think they deserve it.

Agreed. One of the things that makes it such a good/ refreshing/ wholesome show is that no one does the dirty on each other and they are all fair to each other. That wasn't fair was it.

I thought the same. I was really disappointed by what they did.

Previously I thought the two boys hanging back waiting for Stephen and Viv figure out the route so they could then outrun them to the hotel was bad form too but stealing the taxi was worse. Isabel and Eugenie have shown they have no integrity and it was quite ironic that in the same episode Eugenie bleated on about finding religion.

Which series was it that they had to pay an entrance fee to the rooftop of the final check in building and the team didn’t have enough money to pay in. That was really really hard.
