Article in the Independent today about why tonight's finale should be watched live.

No advance information has been given to the press about this evenings episode (natch)

I still think it will have something linked to the live screening at the cinema in London. Also, having read about Steve setting today's cryptic crossword, that will play a part too.

My money is on a Live 'whodunnit' in the cinema tonight, with the crossword clues being some sort of key.

Why the Inside No 9 finale must be watched live

The most inventive, ingenious programme on our screens is coming to an end – make sure you watch the last episode as it airs, writes Michael Hogan

The bus is an "in joke"

I remember all the hooha about that and the "on the buses" episode that wasn't.

Is this episode about the hare perhaps?

Maybe but they did devote an episode to the hare in one of my favourite episodes Tempting Fate (series 4 episode six) -the hare was a statue that brought bad luck to all those who made a wish on it. I loved that episode. It had the hazmat cleaners cleaning out a what looked like a hoarder's flat, then they find the statue all wrapped up with a warning on it.

Loo is a strange word to have in there

HotDogJumpingFrogAlbuquerque · 12/06/2024 19:07

TheMarzipanDildo · 12/06/2024 18:02

would love this.

I’m going to attempt the crossword.

Got halfway through the crossword but cheated persevered to the end

Only found the ‘hare’ though

And further to my wish for the finale, the 3 episodes could be a Steve storyline, a Reece storyline and the ‘bus’ episode

Loo is a strange word to have in there

Loo is an oft used word in LOG. (The Harvey Toad people, who Ross went to stay with)

The word SCUM was highlighted in yellow for me in the crossword. The character Pauline in LOG used to frequently refer to her 'job seekers' as Dole Scum.

I'm half expecting to see a reincarnation of Pauline and Ross from LOG.

<head also explodes>

We may all be overthinking this.

TellyUsername · 12/06/2024 19:19

No I think you're right. I think the LOG are going to make an experience.

TellyUsername · 12/06/2024 19:21

Where did they bury him in the garden in LOG?

Iamiams · 12/06/2024 20:20

O HARE AX U C UGLWBUSUIERGO
