Totally agree about the older couple - what a pair of miseries they are! Feel sorry for Phil having to try to please them.

I don't think this couple will find what they're looking for. That lady house was beautiful.

Also think Lisburn Rd woman needs to compromise too. She doesn't have the budget unfortunately for what she's looking for.

I don't think this couple have any intention of buying anywhere tbh. They just seem to be picking holes in everything and everywhere without seeing/saying anything remotely positive about them. It's infuriating!

The house then couple went for in the end looked a bit meh.

The second house for the lady was right opposite a massive petrol station. The next one was in the grounds of a hospital. The last one is cute but also on an extremely busy road! But it was BT9!!

I recognised a few locations.

I thought the older couple were annoyingly picky. They turned their noses up at everything.
There was a crack in a tile on the floor- you'd think they had just discovered pyrite, asbestos and radon in the house.

I'm glad the younger woman got something she liked.

Imagine buying the modern house. Your kitchen overlooks a car park and your small outside space is overlooked by a tower block !

I noticed the petrol station across the road from the other house. The garden would be very noisy.

Jeez, how much room do two people with no kids actually need? None of the houses the older couple were looking at are tiny!

I love LLL but I think I'm losing patience with people who don't appreciate what a fortunate position they are in!

Yes, the older couple were so fussy but the house they ended up with looked nice.
I couldn't believe that house they showed with the kitchen window looking out into the car park and the poky terrace with a tower block view. She was never going to go for something like that.

Belfast and NI looked amazing - the coastline was stunning. No wonder there aren't many properties for sale, I'd never want to leave and the prices were so reasonable too (you can only get a one bed flat here for the cost of those houses).

Yes I did really like the houses they both ended up with. And I guess the process focuses the buyers on what they really want. Agree Belfast looked lovely.

Did I bloody hear that right...they're lived with her parents for 3.5 years, he WFH and has his 2 sons over every other weekend...her poor bloody parents, there's a MN thread if I ever saw one!

Also, I heard they had been together for 7 years already. But he has TWO sons from a previous relationship?!? He hardly looks old enough. She especially looks very young 😯

I don’t like the estate where the first house is, for the younger couple. It’s an absolute maze and you’d be overlooked by about four different houses in your garden…

Hannah is very OTT in every single house.

My favourite is the chocolate box house (first one) with perfect symmetry and windows either side of the front door. It's like how I would always draw a house as a kid!

I loved the first new build they showed the young couple. A perfect starter home and a good price really.
