Lawyers wouldn’t have allowed a bleep or a blur on those words pre-watershed. OFCOM / Compliance rules. And if a lawyer won’t sign it off, the channel won’t broadcast it. Too risky.

That makes sense as I wondered why she was upset about them gazing at each other. Dick has had his last lick now she has the ick.
I’m 51 so a similar age to her and he gives me the absolute creeps.

Lawyers are, however, far more risk adverse. I’ve been in the editing suite and tried to get gentler language through via bleeps or blurs. Their response is “I wouldn’t advise it, it may give rise to complaints / OFCOM investigations. However if the commissioner is happy to sign it off, they have the final say’.

The commissioner is never happy to sign it off in such circumstances (as it would be them answering to OFCOM and if you’ve gone against legal advice, you’re on your own).

I spend my daily life dealing with this.

Elder Tim didn't exactly cover himself in glory but Tori was absolutely laughable thinking she had a place to criticise what anyone else's Husband says to anyone, and that she couldn't be with a man who spoke to people like that. Pot, Kettle....

Did anyone else catch on the couches before dinner, fairly sure the suspicions about Jono being into Ellie are proving to be correct....

I admit I'm still confused. If "fucked" is too offensive even when bleeped or blurred that it has to be completely cut, what does the bleep etc. actually get used for?

Sara's dress was just awful. Ugly, and not classy at all.

Also when we saw Jayden talking to Lucinda by the bar before they went into dinner, in the background Jonno was talking on the couch to Ellie. Yet, we hadn't see Ellie and/or Ben arrive separately!

Tori's food chain comments were despicable. She never left high school. This is a distraction technique to attempt to put other people in the same sort of shadow as Jack. It won't work, he is sexist, self centred and stupid. There is no redemption happening.

Jacks nastiness is rubbing off on Tori

Tori did not come across well in her pre-wedding interviews. She is just marginally less awful than Jack.

Tristan and Tim have a father/son bromance happening. Cass was sticking up for her friend. What she said was factual, Tori did say he looked smug. So what if he did look smug?

Tori went for Cass because she felt superior. She did not go for Tim in the same way, a lot was said under her breath. Tori went for Cass thinking she was not going to stick for herself. Tori did not come across well at all. Her anger at Cass was misplaced. Tori is not, not ever has been Queen Bee.

I was puzzled by the experts holding her to account for Jack's behaviour. I think they can tell this is all so fake. She came steaming in and has been meak. This is all for show. They didn't even like each other very much.

Jack defo has something on Tim. Jack is not the only one talking disrespectfully about their partners. What are the other gym buddies saying?

Jono and Lauren, Tim and Lauren and Jayden and Eden are all fake. I do not buy that any of their relationships are actually romantic. They are all trying to cast themselves as this year's Tahnee and Ollie.

Would we even have realised Jayden and Eden were at the dinner party if he wasn't fake riled up about Tim? Lucinda can take care of herself. She did not ask for him to intervene.

Bleeps rarely get used these days, it’s usually if you really can’t cut the ‘offensive’ word. The preference is to edit it out.

I'm Team Tim. Of course the 20 somethings in the ixperiment are going to be working at a different pace and be there with different agendas to the "grown ups". They poked and poked until they got the reaction they wanted, it was planned and they were waiting. Silly Tory tried to carry it on when it was over. I like Tim and Lu alot, they could be good for each other if it works. Cass is adorable.
