Thanks- have enjoyed the thread especially as don’t know anyone in real life who watches it!

I am hoping now Louis wins - would hate to live with him but he’s been the most entertaining by far.

It’s been a great series and I’ve watched them all, some brilliant casting.

I think Louis is the worthy winner, hes carried the show - the rest of them have been varying degrees of meh.

If anyone has to leave before the final, I think it will be Colson.

Because none of us are saying we want him to win so although he’s likeable, I don’t think he will be getting that many vote to save.

Yes I think Colson will leave first, is that tonight with the rest leaving Friday?

I have voted Louis for the win as I have found him the most entertaining.

I like all the others left but nobody else really stands out for me.

He makes me laugh so much, I just love all his indiscretions. Does he have or has he ever had a partner do we know?

I didn't watch it last night but I have caught up with some of it. I do get where Fern is coming from but felt really uncomfortable with the way she (drunkenly) went about things. She wasn't treated well on This Morning and was replaced with a younger model; when Artem was paired with her on Strictly, his first reaction was to, allegedly, go backstage and cry because she wasn't young and slim; and despite having a successful, high-profile career for years, she has clearly struggled to get television work in more recent times. She's obviously feeling written off and stereotyped because of her age and the cliquey-ness of the younger housemates is a concentrated version of how life treats her on the outside. Some of the housemates have been patronising to her and some instantly decided that she wasn't worth getting to know. I think she's been waiting to have a conversation with Nikita, where she can say, 'Look, I'm a human being, too. I know about stuff and I do stuff, too.' But her timing and her tipsy state and her honing in on the 'stripey top' example made her look as if she was looking for an argument and not a conversation, and as if she was irrationately fixated on that one comment of his.

It was frustrating me that he wouldn't let her explain and just talked over her in the garden.

I'm really enjoying CBB but think the house is a bit unbalanced. The boys (like them ) Bradley, David and Nikita are quite similar, with Colson sort of tagging along quietly, Fern and Louis the older housemates could have been united but Louis is definitely on his own journey and taking no prisoners, telling people what they want to hear and letting everything (apparently) wash over him, he seems to be really enjoying himself 😆 Fern is a bit lost and hasn't had any allies, it must make you feel a bit paranoid when everyone's pally except you, it reminds me of team building events at work in the past. You'd be sent off somewhere for a few days and spend 24/7 with work mates, get closer and start bonding - in a very short space of time, imagine that but the whole country watching you! Little things become huge...

Maybe a family heirloom? Her mums.?

Well said ... what stood out to me though was the difference in his attitude towards her being upset about something he said versus how he was with Zeze & Levi.

It shows he is more worried about being cancelled than about upsetting someone.

I don't think Fern thought that Nikita would argue back. And if she was really pissed off at the stripey top comment, she should have said at the time and not used it as an excuse to have a dig. We all know the real reason she is pissed off with him is because he kept nominating her.
