Maybe the back story of his parents and upbringing will be told, and this is how the redemption of Mason will be achieved, so that he he stays in the programme. He'll return after serving his sentence, fully repentant and rehabilitated, ready to become "one of the nice boys".

And as seems to be the case with other criminal behaviour on the Street, he'll be welcomed with open arms. Probably end up living in Eileen's tardis

I just hope this is an end to the bullying storyline and Mason’s brothers don’t carry it on.

I would like to see the Mason actor in another role as a good guy. It's hard to imagine him being nice so hope he's not a one trick pony. Will Mellor plays both funny man and scary bugger very well ☺

I’m intrigued by Mason’s transformation from schoolyard bully to full-on gangster mode, with underlings engaging in witness intimidation.

I fear this won’t be the end. I fear, like most storylines, it’s going to plod on and become more and more tedious.

Is Mason out and about until he is sent to bad boy school? He can get up to no good until he is locked away.

Gary mentioned his "furniture shop" a couple of weeks ago. I thought it was just a grotty old !ock up with stuff rescued from or destined for a skip. 😐🚮

I honestly don't know how Gary puts up with Maria. She's no fun at all.
And is it just me, or is Sam treated like an actual toddler?! I don't remember needing a daytime babysitter in Year 8. His miserable father was horrid to Roy too.

I hated the way Nick pushed Roy, totally unnecessary, Nick should have thanked Roy for bringing Sam home when he realised he didn’t have permission, Roy did the right thing and got manhandled for his troubles. Talking of Nick, I’ve never liked him and his whiny personality and permanently miserable face, I was gutted when the quick sand didn’t finish him off, hopefully Leanne will have a torrid affair with that guru guy with the mane of hair and Nick will clear off permanently.

Daisy really is old Hollywood glamour, in a former life I can imagine her as a 50’s movie star she has that ‘look’.

Why doesn’t Carla get the deeds signed over into her name? She could then sell the Rovers and get her money back rather than being paid £50 per month from the meagre profits, or is that too straightforward a solution for Corrie?
