I think the same. It's as though she's no longer the matriarch in that family.

Joel seems dull to me. I can't work out why he's in it? I wasn't keen but he's seems genuine now.

I thought Ken's voice sounded wierd in the pub scene.

I’ve been thinking this for a while especially as her character is so vibrant and full of life in classic, she really is a force to be reckoned with, such a great strong character, now it feel like the actress is just going through the motions and reads the script in a monotone voice with no effort behind it, it’s like she really can’t be arsed to be there, maybe it’s the poor scripts and storylines which are a massive come down from who she used to be, a real shame.

Yes, she was wonderful, bouncing off Todd, sparring with Gail, and quipping away deadpan on the cobbles. Those days seem long gone.

As if an ex employee can walk into their old office and pick up files for a phone number. What a load of tosh!

Something I have been thinking for a while, but keep forgetting to mention, what has happened to Todd's scar? It have miraculously healed and disappeared!

I think that they would have used up the budget for scaring on Ryan.

I know what's going on with Toyah as have unfortunately come across spoilers. Sure it will all be revealed soon.

It is becoming harder and harder to avoid spoilers now. Newspapers post on FB all the time. I hide them as much as possible, but I have seen the odd spoiler, and it, well, spoils it for me. I don't want to know what's coming up, as I do like the surprise (or more often than not, the oh FFS) at the reveal.
