Yes, both Gina and Anna are George and Cindy's daughters. It's George Jr's mum we are unclear about.

The guy in the suitcase being George's dad was my first thought, but I dismissed it. I'm surprised George hasn't asked any questions about his birth mother so far. I don't suppose the gruesome twosome will be very forthcoming on the subject, even if he does decide to speak to them again.
