Most places including takeaways,I know locally are shut on Christmas Day apart from shops (Asian owned mostly) where they don’t really celebrate Christmas.

You forget Rocky was skulking around and Dean too.

But the other families were doing Christmas things apart from Cindy earlier sneaking out to get brandy butter meet George.

That became a kind of dark carry on film
Why or why didn't they just call the police ?

On a side note. The actresses involved in the murder were very good and worked well together even though if it were me and my mates me or one of us would probably have lost it and started screwing (says more about us than the EE women.

I did feel for Denise being left with Nish.

And yes Ravi has redeemed himself with his kids and standing up to Nish and not murdering Eve but let’s not forget he does have a nasty side too (roll on 2024!).

So Dean wasn't still in the Vic?
And we are instead supposed to think he just went straight home to bed?

Because it meant they’d either have to dob one/some of them in. I think their story will break or one will cave in and go to the police, or let it slip to someone else not directly involved.

But fair play dragging his body out, duct tape round it and I kept thinking one would slip on the snow in the heels or thinking one dress would get ripped or more stains (seems like Shazza’s was only one with stains. I bet one of them drops or loses an earring/hair decoration too which will implicate them.

Considering that Stacey slept with Jack only last week , Dee is now dependent on her sticking to the story they have concocted ! Who would trust who there ?
Was Eve still hidden away somewhere too ?
Loved the snow machine ! It hardly ever snows in London ( apart from Albert sq at Christmas time)

Dee and Stacey were remarkably calm apart from when Stace lost it.

Personally if I was in this group the person I would put first would be myself and I wouldn’t give a shit about the others. Not calling the police is something you only ever see in films or TV shows, in a group situation like this of more than a few people. Nobody in a non-family group in this context would never not call the police. I was cringing at Denise threatening Kathy - of course the police would believe Kathy!

We had a dead mouse in the house some time ago, and christ the smell was horrendous!

I'd ring the old bill and say ' Sharon was nearly killed by Nish , his unconscious now ' or something like that
Kathy sort of wanted to do this , but they all speak in riddles when it comes to doing the right thing half the time
Only one who stayed calm was Suki
She has form for being an hard nut tho

It's ok though , as Keanu is safely under wraps and the cafe won't be converted for a while yet
Nish has to recover from a bottle injury before he can start to put the flat plans into action / planning permission and what not

Dean has to be fatally injured and donate his lungs on his deathbed to Jade ( I'm sure in EastendersLand they will be an exact match!)

Maybe Rocky will remember something ? Even though he was pissed out of his tree , he was locked out of Sonias so probably went to sprawl in the Square Gardens where he'd have a good view .

Wouldn't the Police go into the Vic for a Welfare Check ? And want some proof of ID from Denice as Linda Carter is one of the Liscenees (is that even a word ? )

The police are pretty rubbish tbh
Ds2 watches ' traffic cops' on ch 5 and he said ' they wouldn't let that go on there !' Lol
However , ds 2 is now getting into it . So maybe newer younger audiences might start to watch it again ?
Plus the cop would ask for some ID surely for a call out ( or whatever the policeman called it ?)
