I’m sad Eddie went. He is so nice and smiley. Think him and Zara suffer from no one really knowing who they are.

I don't know, though. She didn't dance badly and she got in and out of the lifts pretty neatly. She was certainly no worse than Eddie; it was just his time to go and unless something drastic happens, it'll be Zara's time before long.

Some times it's really obvious that the choreography is to try and cover the inadequacies of the celeb and that should be counted against them (lots of faffing, time wasting etc) but if it's a stylistic choice by the pro, especially if prompt by music that was pushed on them e.g. a disco flavour to a cha cha the celeb shouldn't be marked down for that. It used to really boils my piss when Len marked down American Smooths that weren't foxtrot based when they don't have to be. That was his inference not the rules.

Maybe the song choice was Karen and Eddie's black humour. She maybe is broken hearted and maybe Eddie was comforting her saying 'I don't know what's going to happen but things will get better' and they decided to have a joke and use that song. She certainly didn't look sad dancing to it.

I've just rewatched the pro dance from tonight and I was wondering if Carlos had some juice on the producers or something. That's one heck of a star spot and he's had some fancy spots to singer on the results programme.

Karen and Eddie deserved to stay in , he can at least move, Zara will never be a dancer she just doesn’t seem to have any musicality in her. I think that was clever of Graziano to put in so many lifts and keep her feet of the floor, it worked.

She tried some lovely arms… but has no ability to focus. The lights are all on, but there’s no sign of anyone at home.

Eddie’s dance off was much worse than his first go. He walked through some bits, barely bothering to dance. It looked like he was ready to go.

Wrong decision - at least Eddie was entertaining!

Giovanni is launching a lifestyle brand on Tuesday. To me that signals this could be his last or one of his last seasons assuming his new venture is successful.

He signed the contract in June apparently so it wouldn't surprise me if the Beeb are now making sure newer pros are getting some exposure to build up a fan base. It all seems like a fun, anything can happen show but it is a production. So Carlos is with a bubbly celeb who helps him relax and show his fun side, Vito is getting a possible finalist and (possibly the reason) Luba gets a pro while the popular Nadiya is benched.

That photo looks like Gio is about to snog the ghost of Pete Burns.

Missed it tonight due to the commute back to work but got the result from you lovely lot, shame to see Eddie go this week.

It’s a terribly unflattering angle for her, poor thing.

All Zara does is sway around in hold. She just cannot dance. Graz lifted her up in the air purely to detract from her crap dancing. I hope she gets something really challenging this week where she has to dance rather than literally being carried by her partner. Time for her to go. Eddie was much, much better.

Does anyone know what his lifestyle brand will include, I saw the picture but I'm a bit confused about what it is? Maybe aftershave?

I hope he's not leaving, I would hope he'd stay a few more series..
