I didn't know about Adam's RA either. That's a hard disease to deal with so massive props to him for all he puts into it and the fact that he doesn't moan at all. I'd be moaning all the bloody time.

I always feel a bit sorry for those who are first and second to go. Les seemed indifferent tbh so he was an exception for me. But Nikita seemed committed and she looks genuinely low about being eliminated.
