There is not much point voting for people in the top third. Due to the way they add the votes even if they got 0 public votes they would still be safe.

Use your votes for the lower end for those you don’t want to go yet.

Kinda spoiled it. I like to see how people progress. But this. Like that was a winning performance in week 2

I don't mind having one or two ringers, I'd find it really hard to watch a full series with no one with dance experience. It is good to see amazing performances like that, just as with Danny.. but agree you can't really compare against the non ringer celebs.

He has the potential to be really petulant. What was all that 'basic' stuff?

I have done all sympathy votes! My faves Amanda, Nigel and Ellie wont be in any danger so early.

Yup, that's the problem with having an actual professional dancer on it. It was a bad decision by the producers, and not fair to Layton since he's going to get a lot of horrible comments on the Socials.

The thing with ringers is to see if they improve any over the weeks or just stagnate.

I loved Amanda and Layton's dances and definitely want to see them go through, but that's guaranteed to happen even if they receive literally no votes. I'm not going to waste my votes on them when Eddie and Krishnan actually need the votes.

Oh well, I voted for Layton. And tow for Nigel. Huge Kai fan but Angela R is super duper safe for a while.

I join in the admiration for ProNikita. He has had "unconventional" partner- for want of a better word- two years in a row and is doing really well with them.

I voted for Amanda and 2 x Eddie.

Nigel and Ellie would get my votes if Eddie had been scored correctly.

I thought Layton looked like he was doing a quickstep in a stage show tbh. His feet and legs aren't neat enough for proper ballroom really.

So he does have things he can work on.

Plus you also know that the judges would save Layton in any dance off so he’s pretty much guaranteed to get through every week whether people vote for him or not

I've complained about ringers in the past but I'll never do it again about middling ringers when they've basically put the ringiest ringer of all time, an actual professional dancer who they're pretending might find ballroom and latin a bit difficult to learn.

I found it hard to figure out who to vote for this week. I'd like to have had at least three more votes to put out there because there were a few in line for my second and third dance and I had to miss off people I'd like to have danced for.

I think Eddie was scored correctly but it presumably wasn't actually his fault that he didn't do a cha cha.

Yes telling that she had to point out that he's not a trained ballroom dancer. He's clearly a trained dancer, and not in a ' did some classes at drama school' way!
