Freddy messed up his story. Both him and Stacey said Theo attacked each of them. Freddy then said he hit him repeatedly (why) not just the once until he dropped the wrench. Can’t remember but did they plant the wrench in his hand?

Anyways that’s his schedule lessened for strictly weeks

They pressed Theos hand around the wrench, then placed it on the floor by him.

Isnt Freddies case self defence theoretically?

I could be remembering incorrectly but I think Theo was going for Stacey when Freddie hit him, meaning he hit him
with the iron on the back of the head. He’s not going to be able to claim self
defence if Theo had his back to him.
