Tbh I can’t keep up with all the various threads to this SL, maybe because I binge watched multiple episodes. It’s too much and so many random plots. Linda mentioned getting Phil to hire a private investigator to find Cindy Rose but I must have missed that episode!

Phil asked around about Rose at one point for Linda, but he was warned off the scent by the police ( Callum might have been involved in this ?)

To be fair to Ian, if he was a bigamist and not previously divorced from Cindy Rose , it wasn't his fault as he thought she had died in childbirth in prison! Clearly the police were happy to let him think this. I've looked up Cindy's wiki and there isn't any mention of a divorce from Ian, back then , but this doesn't mean anything ( in regards to a fictional soap ! Lol)
Maybe those in WP don't have to live by the same rules we all do! I can't imagine it's that common, but no idea.

Watched an episode from the 90s on YouTube earlier. Kathy is pregnant with Ben and going to ante-natal classes with Phil! It’s so bizarre seeing those two all lovely dovey. Phil was certainly a looker in his younger days.

Yes Pete and Kathy lived in a council flat high rise. Ian wanted more from life hence deciding to become a hard nosed business man and he started out with the cafe. He constantly had run ins with Pete who thought catering was for wimmin’ and no son of his should be doing that.

I'm really enjoying EE at the moment. I'm glad Cindy is back in it. I thought Fatboy's cameo was a bit odd. Would a police and a witness protection 'victim'? really roll down their car windows and have a chat with a random person looking for the time? I don't remember Fatboy being so 'urban' either. I seem to remember him chatting and even living with Dot at one time.

I don't know whether to ask this or not because I don't mean to offend but when Cindy was having her flashback to leaving the girls - Gina and Anna were both black? Anna doesn't look black or mixed race at all? Gina is - am I just not seeing it?
