First clear memory is watching the first episode of Eastenders. I know my mum watched Emmerdale Farm when I was little, but I'm not sure I actually remember anything about it.

Brookside becoming more and more far fetched, also the Damon and Debbie "soap bubble"
80s Coronation Street - was sad when Hilda left (I was 11 at the time)

Until reading this I thought Eddie was their son - to be fair I was very young and not really watching properly, I would have been reading or playing with dolls or something while it was on.

Tracey as a baby left in her pram outside the pub and a lorry I think crashed into the wall. When they pulled the bricks off they discovered she'd been stolen. All very exciting!

As a young teenager I was seriously obsessed with Joe wicks.

Sullivan, sons and daughters and a country practice all on back to back in the afternoons. My mum watched them all when I was wee.
Later the flying doctors where also on.

El dorado.
Loved it. Came out when I was in high school. Marcus was hot ! A guy in my classes looked like him, slicked back hair, was also hot.

When sue died in Brookside by falling off of the scaffolding!

Use to love the soaps! Stopped watching them all in the early noughties but have recently tuned into Eastenders again.

I remember Scott and Charlene's wedding because I went to Brownies, mum promised she'd record it but she recorded the WRONG CHANNEL. Also Brad falling off a cliff and getting bitten by shark.
