I also think Elaine will be a great character, she's just so over the top and does add some humour. I wonder if Gina knows something about her mum that Anna doesn't and this could account for the frostiness between her and Elaine.

Ian left after Sharon found out he was responsible for Denny dying on the river boat by locking him in a cabin . It sunk ( in feb 2020) and Denny died.
Sharon tried to poison him with a carbonara dish full of poison after marrying him in hospital ( can't remember why he was in hospital though ?) but he was sick and the poison didn't work. He then took off
The marriage was annulled.

I dimly remember Sharon trying to poison him, after finding out he was responsible for her son's death.
But he survived that.

And then he secretly appeared at Dot's graveside, didn't he?

We saw him briefly in Jan at Dots funeral

I watched the Christmas episode episode again last night. As a PP said, Kathy glanced at Suki and I had forgotten that Stacey had blood all over her hands so I suppose that does point to Nish, but that feels a bit obvious. Who do we have on the 'possibles' list so far?

With cindy ? His ex ? Dead wife?
