I watched his first scene ever to see what sort of accent he was rocking back in 1985. His is a sort of standard SE accent but Duffy sounds like one of the Wurzels. It’s hilarious.

No, I read that he was going to trip and fall into a large cake which had been sent to the ED staff anonymously and under suspicious circumstances, and choke to death on a fondant stethoscope.

There will then be a series of episodes in which the show has been described as “like Sherlock doing the Great British Bake-off”, while the team engage in amateur forensics and detective work to track down the fiendish Charlie-killer-cake baker.
