Didn't Dylan clock Max's scar when he was working on him after the explosion. The camera panned onto the scar and Dylan looked shocked. Would it be obvious to a doctor what surgery took place from the positioning of the scar?

Yep! Was when Max, Dylan and Rash were in Max’s office after Dylan was treating Rash’s dad - Dylan was convinced Rash’s dad was being abused at his care home (which he was). Max was convinced Dylan was on an ‘obsessive crusade’ because what happened in the past.

Do we know why he had MDMA written in him?

Iain (I think) said the medical team at the scene marked him. Presumably because there were so many it was necessary, once they had identified what drug had ben taken, that they it was recorded on the right patient for when moved to hospital.
