Total WTAF about the wedding.

Nell is weirdly old.

Other than that I enjoyed it and think GP is wonderful for showing up again…

Also, toadie and the police officer (cannot for the life of me remember his first name) Rodwell are besties and Sadie seems to be besties with Mackenzie with their past?! Defo trying to cement the Rodwells on the street a bit more!

I wonder if Harlow will return now Jemma’s finishing up in hollyoaks?

Great to have the show back! I wonder which house the new family will move into when they inevitably become permanent residents? I think Toadie and family will move in with Terese and the new family will rent or buy number 30.

Also there were photos of an upcoming funeral on some of the spoiler pages. Maybe David or Mike? As Aaron is meant to be coming back and Guy Pearce will maybe not stick around long term.

I thought Nicolette had been recast? So that would mean David would be back too, since Aaron has been seen on set.

Also isn't it strange that people like Chloe who are coming back weren't back for the wedding?

@Starburst8 Yeah I read she had a new head too, and I think both Aaron and David have been seen filming, however David was on the way to being written out (don’t know if they were just going down the incarceration route or killing him off) pre it being cancelled because he quit, so people aren’t sure if he’ll be back and there’s no feasible way to write Nicolette and/or Aaron in without him unless he physically can’t be there

Oh that's interesting, I reckon they'll kill him off then, I don't see how they can put a new head on him.

The year gap might have changed things for him, equally i find him annoying so happily for him reheaded.

Liked seeing a bit more of Susan and Karl today and seeing the new family (could it be Rodwell?!) - going to feel weird not watching it tomorrow!

The new family... the two mums and the two boys? I don't know their names. It did occur to me that one mum reminds me of Amy - her clothes, job etc.

Also what do you mean not watching tomorrow? Is it not on all week??

I didn't realise it was only on Monday - Thursday until today! At least there is less chance of ending up behind episodes if I have a busy day though.

I did smile at the 'new sparky' woman's checked shirt. It's pretty standard Neighbours uniform for any female character doing a traditionally male role. Think back to Charlene, Steph and Amy - all with checked shirts and/or dungarees! Some things never change...

Been a neighbours fan since I was a child (Scot and Charlene days) so was really looking forward to watching. Been a busy week so just catching up now, WTF is Terese and Toady all about 😩 Don’t like that at all! Also, Nell looks at least 5 years too old.

David's death has been "confirmed" on the Neighbours fan forum. I put this in quotes because the person who said it is mostly right but not always. He has said the death will be in December.

That's a shame, I was just reading an article today that said David was likely to be returning, No one said in a body bag though.

I wonder how they're gonna reintroduce the old characters that are coming back.

Also does anyone else find it odd that they decided to give us overseas watchers, the credits with the new family in a boat rather than outside the Tram like the Aussie credits?

Just the new family boat/sat outside tram and Jane and Sam sat on bench/sat outside Harold's.

I think that's the only difference at the moment. Apparently the credits are going to change as the episodes progress.
