Has Bronte forgotten that Harrison dumped her by text??

I did wonder why this wasn't mentioned. Also Brontë is wilfully sucking up more and more of Harrison's poison - that can't be good for her mental health. Especially as he's now gaslighting her in full view of the experts as well as the group.

I really hope if she has girl children (hopefully not by Harrison) she uses her behaviour and poor judgement on the show as an example of how not to live their lives. 🌹

I felt exactly the same. I have a feeling that a lot happened at the dinner party and on the sofa that we weren't shown, probably because it was too toxic to be shown, even for ratings.

I am so, so, so pleased that Ollie finally spoke out! And then others joined. It was infuriating when nobody was calling Harry out on his shit.

I’m only going to say this because Harrison is such an awful person, but he is going to turn to seed very quickly as he ages and that “brawn” is going to run to fat if he’s not careful.

I'm wondering if one of the rules of being on the show is that you never refer to the producers. It feels like a few of them have gone to speak up at times, only to rearrange their words.

Allyssa is getting right on my nerves she uses that child as an excuse for everything she is so needy it's unbelievable. Harrison and Bronte are obviously plants! Otherwise the experts would have kicked him out.

Alyssa is almost as bad as Harrison on the DARVO front. I can’t believe that she managed to turn Duncan being upset and feeling rejected in to a way for her to become the victim. She doesn’t ever accept any wrongdoing or allow Duncan his feelings. She doesn’t even take on board what the experts say to her. When they got back to the sofas last night she was visibly still
angry with Duncan cos he’d dared to express his hurt and made her look bad.

Agree! And I’ve been noticing spots / marks on his arms which I’m sure are related to his training.

Daps, if Hazza and Alyssa get in the sea they'll probably bump into Dan, who has taken up permanent residence there.....

Im not sure why Duncan is still with Alyssa. She’s terrible and self centred. I’m sure Duncan will have no shortage of fans when he leaves.
I guess he’s committed to the experiment and that’s why he’s still with Alyssa.
Its not as though she’s even that great looking, and he gets nothing from her despite him trying really hard.

Agree on them not being allowed to call out the producers, or ixperts too I expect, but still I wish Layton had turned it round on the ixperts, “what did you want us to get out of swapping with a gaslighting manipulator who has shown he has no empathy or respect for this experiment, and has tried to directly derail my relationship?” Would have been nice to hear how they would have justified that task…

Yy I was hoping Leyton would do that too. Really if he had tapped into his emotions instead of retreating to logic/rules/values/principles - he'd have said 'I felt upset my relationship was being threatened because H&B are not genuine and the experts have repeatedly seen this but not put any safeguards in place to stop either H or B negatively impacting other relationships or other's MH'.
I'd like to see the experts answer that point. Really Layton's issue wasn't with not trusting Mel - it was with not trusting the experts. Although tbf Leyton might have said that and it was edited out.

I’m convinced Evelyn is a plant, is she the fourth ‘ixpert’ or something? I don’t buy her as a genuine participant at all, the butt dial thing is ridiculous!

Also, controversially, I’m a bit uncomfortable with the pile on on Harrison. The editing is very suspect in this series, I think he’s being made to look worse than he is and Brontë is the real villain!

Duncan mentioned in last night's episode that (and I'm paraphrasing) you can only stretch so far. It sounds to me that he's on his last nerve with Alyssa's self-Centred behaviour towards him. I don't think she took the experts' advice on board and think she will be just as emotionally negative on the next segments of the show. What was the phrase she used about Duncan with Cameron during the feedback part of swaps segment? I think she said something like "Duncan I hate your guts"? Didn't sound constructive towards the process. And she seemed jealous that another of the wives (Evelyn) managed to bring out the fun part of him. 🌹

Last night Evelyn's gripes were basically about Harrison being a massive gaslighter and trying to destroy others' relationships all the time. It clearly upset her. There was nothing 'extra' I don't think? She probably just wanted to say her piece in view of the Ixperts.

The partner swap was so disruptive that they will doubtless make it a permanent fixture.

When Harrison looks at Bronte (which he rarely does unless they're having one of their discussions, thinking they're experts) he looks at her with contempt. He really doesn't like her.

I think she told him early on she would stay for the duration and he has no respect for her at all. - I'm not saying anyone should care about his respect but I'm surprised she can't see it.

Alyssa just isn't hearing him.

Duncan is seeing the light a little i think.

I really Hope Alyssa is watching at home and kicking herself. Hard
