After that green monstrosity he wore tonight, I've gone off him!

You're so fickle 😂

I did think Alyssa wasn't telling him not to wear it cos she thought, he won't pull in that 😁

Romeiswheretheheartis · 19/04/2023 23:44

The Hugo/Josh thing was funny, and Rupert's horror on meeting Shannon 🤣

I thought Harrison said he wasn't sexually attracted to her after they had sex?

Have i missed something?

He did say that yes (and quite frankly, if she had any sense at all she’d had run like the wind at that point, but, here we are).
But, there was also a clip of her on her own, outside, after they’d had sex - and I’m pretty sure she also said it wasn’t a particularly fulfilling experience.

VooVooV · 19/04/2023 23:53

Disappointingly @TightPants (appropriate name there!) it didn’t repost that lovely pic of Duncan on his bike!)

Either H & B are exceptionally thick and don't remember what they said in front of the camera earlier when they spout more bollocks. Or they think the producers love them so much that they'll get a good edit, no matter what they say.

Some enjoyable moments tonight 1) when Adam turned Harrison's shit back on him. 2) when talking to the camera afterward the producers asked if he thought Adam had a point 😁 watching his face drop and him mumble that he doesn't want to talk about Adam anymore was perfect 😂

Neither H or B have any friends there. No one is genuinely pleased to see either of them. Which is a shame as many of them, especially the women, look like they could be friends for life.

Newestname002 · 20/04/2023 00:00

I heard Claire saying she and Jesse had met up very amicably after they left. I have to say she has a bigger heart than me - I would have left him to his own devices after the way he went for her at the last CC.

It was great she and Janelle behaved so maturely - hope that means Claire can now stop apologising.

I thought Sandy was looking absolutely beautiful and what a greeting she got from the girls. 🌹

The most shocking thing was seeing Duncan put on actual socks tonight. I thought socks were banned in Australia.

Yes it was like the director said

Look guys we need to show someone putting on socks today

Who is going to volunteer to wear socks for the camera

Duncan as the nice guy said yes he would go against all instincts and wear socks and be filmed putting them on

😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Why do the ixperts not give counselling during the week or however long it is between dinner party/cc

Why are they not helping them in couples or individual sessions in the time in-between?

Because the more drama and shit stirring the better the ratings .

The whole partner swap thing made me cringe . Why out Harrison with mel if this is t just for ratings ? It's sure as hell isn't for those couples benefit.

I actually had applied for the uk show . Ok chances are very slim unless you're some sort of freak but I wouldn't now touch it with a barge pole .

Stressybetty · 20/04/2023 01:00

I have to say after tonight
1.Bronte needs a good hard slap across her smug smirking face. Clearly been taking lessons from Harrison. 2.Black is a better colour on Harrison as his face doesn't look as angry red.
3.I preferred the dark green trainers on Duncan but agree the jacket/shirt whatever was disgusting. DH thought it was rank also.
4.Assume Bronte either ill or too traumatised by girls night to attend the dinner party.
5.Harrison's just going to excuse his behaviour after this by saying he was playing a part and winding people up for fun.

Izzy24 · 20/04/2023 01:39

MelsMoneyTree · 19/04/2023 21:26

I wonder who Harrison was smiling and winking at. Was it the producers or one of the other guys?

It was Shannon. 🙄

Sunbird24 · 20/04/2023 06:11

Oh that’s a point, is Bronte laid low so that Harrison can do his fake crying about her pain again?

OrangeWoolCardiWrap · 20/04/2023 07:07

Going back an episode, Leyton said that Mel had loose morals because she swapped with another partner for 3 days “so easily.” Does this mean that he thinks every other person also has loose morals for doing the same? That’s quite insulting.

Newestname002 · 20/04/2023 07:27

@OrangeWoolCardiWrap

Yes I did think the words "loose morals" from Layton in connection with Mel was inappropriate especially used to Brontë. I can see that coming back to bite him at future discussions. 🌹

MelsMoneyTree · 20/04/2023 07:34

Izzy24 · 20/04/2023 01:39

It was Shannon. 🙄

Ah, that makes sense.

Ahem, that shirt that you all hate? I have the matching dress. I claim Duncan as my prize as we are obviously two sides of the same designer olive pleather wardrobe!

Newyeardietstartstomorrow · 20/04/2023 07:38

Evelyn and Duncan would have been a good match. Can you imagine how beautiful their babies would be!
Alysia is hard work. Mel and Leyton needed doormats as sposes. Harrison and Bronte are vile. Cam is a dedicated bachelor. Ollie and Tahine are the only viable couple.

JellyBeanFactory · 20/04/2023 09:50

I am still astounded why the producers have left Harrison in there. Ratings and advertising revenue I can only assume. Such an odious (dangerous) man.

I agree with above, Tahnee & Ollie are the only couple with any future.

How many more weeks have we got - I assume two? CC tonight, DP Monday, then home stays? Last DP following Monday and into final vows?

awaynboilyurheid · 20/04/2023 09:56

Cam is a mummy’s boy, she doesn’t want him to have a relationship and was horrible to lovely Lyndall what a horror she was.

Yes Duncan and Evelyn were fun together , would have been a great match,I like Rupert but they are in the friend zone, there was a quick peck in the cheek when she returned to see him. Alysssa is a pain in the neck, she has a CHILD no one understands!

Lovely to see how great the girls all get on, but Brontë playing this game with Harrison means she is isolated, and it showing a nasty side when she was with Leyton everything she was saying the gaslighting etc is actually their relationship, it was so obvious she was trying to split them up.
Shannon is still a …. Twat .

I think Mel and Layton are OK. They genuinely care about each other and always seem to get to the point of reconciliation. Surely that's healthier than some of the other supposed relationships (cam and lyndall look to blow up in tonight's episode as he is essentially selfish and not equipped to have a relationship) where they hide problems away and hope they go away.

MelsMoneyTree · 20/04/2023 10:05

I think Mel and Layton are ok too. I know lots of couples like them. They eventually work out how to communicate and move from 'boardroom' mode to relationship mode.
It's interesting that some of these couples will probably get along much better out of the show eg like Clare and Jesse. The show format and the way it has enabled Harrison is putting unnecessary pressure on all the relationships this time. I'm not saying Mel and Layton will get married but I can see them having a relationship after this. Tahnee and Ollie are the only ones I'd bet on getting married at the end.

awaynboilyurheid · 20/04/2023 10:11

Forgot to say Ollie is just lovely, one of those under the radar guys who are just lovely to everyone, he was so nice to Lyndall and he knows exactly what Harrison is doing.

I think Mel & Layton have the potential to be a real strong couple.

They’re navigating communication styles at the moment, but they always manage to come together, discuss things and work through any issues. They’re both just strong willed people, who want to get their point across and be understood, they just need to work on listening to each other more.

I genuinely think they’ll continue behind the experiment.

So I think both Tahee & Ollie and Mel & Layton are both viable couples, that will continue after the experiment ends.
