Ben sledging Zack about his dead child was twisted and evil. Beyond grim.

Ben was completely out of order :( he is just horrible.
Poor Zac. Even Callum can't condone that behavior surely ?

That was out of character for Ben to be so nasty to Zack but I guess it was a lazy plot device to have Zack's HIV status be public knowledge.

Not sure if anyone else felt the same, but I found an uncomfortable parallel between his shell shocked expression sprawled facedown in the boxing ring, being physically shaken and shouted at, and how he looked immediately after the attack itself.

Really uncomfortable viewing.

Then he sort of aggressively roared into life and punched all Hell out of poor Martin. And ditto trying to provoke Zack as another excuse for fighting.

Maybe to prove his power and 'manliness', as much to himself as to bloody macho Phil?

I half expected him to reply to Zack's admission of HIV with "yeah? Well I was raped", doubling the storyline drama for the gawping Queen Vic regulars.

Sharon mentioned last week that Zac would need a blood test to an able to box. Surely having a hearing implant like Ben has would mean he couldn't go into the ring at all?

Ben does have previous for getting nasty, self destructive and reckless when going through things. I think him being vile to Zack was part of this.

Phil just wants Ben to be like him but Phil hated his dad for pushing him to be like him so you would think he would want different for Ben. Oh and I don't think anybody with a cochlear implant would be allowed to box would they ?
